I FREAKING LOVE TAN!!!! Ive been with this group since debut and Walking On The Moon is one of my all time favorite kpop songs! So they had and 2 and half year contract with Think Entertainment and it ended this year and they didn't renew it but the members themselves have said they are not disbanding but some of the members are about to enlist soon but they will continue to do solo stuff with their respective companies until all their enlistments are over and they can come back together as a group.

Thank you so much for reacting to TAN! Such a phenomenal group of guys. Your reactions are a lot of fun to watch, you always notice fun things during the video.
During Beautiful Lie, yes that was Hyunyeop's actual voice on the high note. He does it during their live performances too, although if you watch carefully you will see the kinesio tape on his knee, he rides piggy back, is often sitting or in a shot by himself, and is not in any dance sequences. He had knee surgery right before the release and did not participate in any of the music shows :( But he is better now.
Fix You was on their anniversary album and the MV was filmed i. the Dominican Republic. There are actually MVs for all the songs on that album. It's you was used for "memories of a year" which had a lot of behind the scenes footage from debut to 1 year. Also they made battle videos with short exerps from the other 2 songs, written by Jooan and Jaejun respectively. Fans "voted" by watching and the video with more likes was on the album... but the otger song was also a bonus track on the physical version.
Before that, though, they released a Christmas song called Everyday Christmas, written by Jooan and his production team (Cielogroove).
After Area, they released a video for 5:45 (also from that album) about Jooan leaving for the military.
They also have a bunch of cover videos, both dance covers and full covers. They made videos for several of the songs from Wild Idol and released them on an album called Seven Forever on their 2nd anniversary.
The stage during the My Girl video was their debut showcase. The shoot was probably from the rehearsal, but the theater seemed empty because of COVID restrictions. It is interesting watching them carry the furniture and set things up, because that choreo and several others on your upcoming playlist were by Changsun. Area choreo was by Taehoon. And they write and produce most of their music, or collaborate with others. They are very much a DIY group.
Hope this wall of text is mostly helpful. I can't wait to watch you watch the second half of the playlist!

I love TAN, they're so underrated!
Jaejun is in a BL on youtube called CityBoy Log. He's also writes music and has produced some of their songs, also some songs for Omega X with Hangyeom from OX (who incidentally is ALSO in a BL lol)
Walking On The Moon was sent into space! They Have a song IN SPACE!!

Honestly thought you were getting into TAN cause of CityBoyLog lol
    If your interested
Tbh no one really knows what CityBoyLog is as its not classified as a drama
To describe it in a easy way
It's a scripted and improv vlog series where all of the characters go by their real names and occupations
It's a interesting concept and it's done so well to the point that they want the viewers to believe the cast are dating irl
It's centered around TAN member Jaejun going to Japan for a phoshoot with a Modal that he's been friends with for 8 years
    And 2 rookie actors/modals
    The whole thing was random
One day the company made a RUclips channel called CityBoyLog and no information about the show
The description was about Jaejun and his friends so everyone just assumed JaeJun made a yt channel
The rumour going around is that this is a pre show to introduce the public to the cast of a new drama that should drop in 2024 by the same production company as Semantic error
It's a really well done show cause I honestly can't tell what parts are scripted

I think someone mentioned CityBoyLog to me before and your last sentence is exactly why I was hesitant to try it. I've never been a fan of Reality TV or any content where it's difficult to tell what's real and what's acting. I find it's already hard enough to reel in delulu fans with regular BLs where (to me at least) it's obvious they're acting. I imagine content where it deliberately blurs the lines between fact and fiction would be problematic - with some people arguing a couple is really together and some saying it's all scripted. It's hard for me to say without trying it, and I've heard good things about it, but for me it sounded a little too close to reality television so I never checked it out.
But no, I actually checked out TAN because it was requested both on the form and the recent community post - then I saw a Tiktok recommending lesser known groups to check out, and TAN was on there! It's my goal this year to check out and support groups that don't get as much love and support as they should, so I knew I had to check them out (and I'm so glad I did, I listen to Louder EVERY DAY)!
