Can you please tell me what is the milk steamed temperature ,how many ounce of milk you can use with the large and how many ounces each espresso equal to?thanks for the video .
How large are your shots? I make a double shot and it's 2oz. Though how long the shot takes varies based on the beans, grind size, tamp, etc. So I dial in each bag of espresso accordingly. But when I get a drink from Starbucks or elsewhere it seems like there's way more coffee somehow, because if I use only 2oz espresso and say 8oz milk then the milk takes over and it doesn't taste strong enough. 🤔 The espressos I'm using are made for milk drinks, so I'm not sure what it is.
I saw another comment that she no longer works there but not sure if she was fired or not. However I've always wondered how they make this, it's so delicious.
I don't never really go out and buy coffee I just make it at home cheap coffee will do it for me but I had this yesterday and liked it al ot. The employee look like he was in High School and I respected how trained he was he was so nice and respectful it felt like I walked into a movie scene I just had to give him a 5 dollar tip out of respect even though I didn't want to pay like $6.50 for the drink lol.
A friend of mine who was a Starbucks barista told me it actually varies per employee and per Starbucks. Some employees think that making a white chocolate mocha latte is the same as a vanilla mocha latte. Or the espresso may be mis handled. Something about that it can become bitter very quickly if the cream/milk is not added on time. I know what you mean. I live in Los Angeles, and every Starbucks is different. Example Starbucks that is located a 1.5 miles away from my home, makes my White chocolate mocha latte okay but it comes out bitter. Another one a mile away the other direction it’s perfect. In Burbank they make it so sweet, which tells me that the barista is adding 6 pumps of the syrup instead of the usual 4. I haven’t done it before but I have been told you can tell the barista that something is wrong, refuse it, and ask for another.
If you haven’t already, you can try adding white chocolate chips to your milk pitcher and steam them with the milk. I work at Caribou and that’s how we make our hot mochas!
why is it white chocolate MOCHA when you only put the white chocolate sauce? Ty for the video 😭 I’ve been trying it but it doesn’t taste quite the same (using torani & full cream milk)
Unfortunately I no longer work for Starbucks, but for an iced coffee with white mocha, it's quite literally just that. Depending on size, you add your white mocha, then iced coffee to the top line. Ice the rest of the way. You can add cream or milk as well. The iced coffee at Starbucks is brewed at double strength (which means twice as much grounds per liter). It makes about 2 liters of coffee, which is them added to 2 liters of ice, which melts in the hot coffee, and creates the iced coffee you get from Starbucks
Do you guys not know how to make regular Mochas anymore after adding white chocolate to the menu? I keep getting a TON of these every time I specifically order regular mocha, and every time you have to remake them. Read next time.
As milk steams, it expands. For a grande, you'd typically use 8-10 oz of milk, but it really depends on how much it foams up. For an iced one, you'd use more.
@@carlz4631 unfortunate I no longer work at Starbucks, so I am unable to make the drink. However, to make one iced, you pump the syrup into the cup, add shots of espresso, then add cold milk to the top black line on the cup. Then add ice and whipped cream. As for the brands,I believe they're Starbucks brand
The video didn't show how much white sauce you use one to four pumps two shots of espresso whipped cream is this drink is a hot white mocha drink I assume so seeing this drink is no iced mocha drink!

U might’ve saved me thousands so I had to subscribe

I don't think they would have fired her for this because Starbucks actually display their recipes on the app/website

how are people supposed to get the sauce on the bottom? this is nonsense. By this, I mean these recipes.
Any self-respecting barista will immediately purge and clean the steaming wand, and tap and swirl the milk before pouring it in!
