Where are you currently building at in south Florida?
So if you pick a random city to start wholesaling virtually, do you reach out to the builders in that area to see how much they are buying land for and THEN start making offers to sellers or do you make offers and find the builders/buyers after you get a deal locked up?
It is better to build a buyers list before locking deals up, so yeah I'd advise reaching out to builders first. Although finding buyers after locking up a deal is still very possible!

Azujhon, you're going to need a business bank account. Thus, you will need an LLC to successfully open the account.

Yeah same. I want to work hard in real estate. I’m going to be 18 in a few days and want to work at a real estate company part time. Want to learn something like this because I do want to be a real estate investor full time. I just need someone to sit their with me and help me and teach.

Iam definitely very very i twrested in this opportunity im in MCA space currently however i would love to work on my own I have an LLc but not an business bank account i also dispatch trucks on the side but i had ro leave that space for preso al reasons and now I would love to learn more. maybe i missed something here but where is the instructions for how to get real comps to make a reasonable offer? where are the instructions to negotiate? what about the legal stuff? tax liens, zoning, proper contracts...? i think its a bit more complicated than this video leads people to believe
