I'm only guessing here, but I think the voice change could be different for transgender FTMs than cisgendered boys because you already have a fully developed set of adult vocal chords. A teenager is growing larger and thicker vocal chords while yours are only thickening. Does that make sense? My idea i guess would mean that as your voice deepens it doesn't through a laryngitis-like voice cracking phase. BTW, don't be surprised if you get carded. You look like a 19-year old guy now.
