Hi Marcia, I buy the Aldi still water but in strawberry flavour for my son and he really enjoys them. I’ve never thought about putting grapes in a salad but I do chop up an apple for mine. Thank you for sharing x x

My sister makes homemade picked pink onions and also pickles the baby cucumbers you were talking about. They are both delicious! M&S do a really nice low fat hummus, I like to toast a couple of pitta bread and dip it in. x

I love the pink onions! Standard salad for me is mixed lettuce leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, chopped gherkins, pink onions, air fried chicken breast with Nando’s seasoning and a bit of Caesar dressing!
On a side note, would you say the WW app is useful on Mounjaro, even if you don’t follow WW points? x

I use it because I already had the app prior to starting mounjaro.
There are loads of recipe ideas etc.
If you just want to track the protein you could probably just use my fitness pal.
There is a community though in the app too which might be helpful xxx

Sainsbury’s be good to yourself Caesar salad kit - half a kit 129 calories which includes the dressing, croutons and the Parmesan and it’s lovely 👍
