😊 Con't. Sheilah who doesn't eat pork called me back and said she went out & bought 3 ribs for ME. She is so excited to try your process. She's barbecuing TONIGHT! LOVE that you came up with ideas for people that didn't have things ... like racks. BTW on your 😅Next video try to move your shoulder out of the way so people can see how you applied the 2 aluminum foil supports. Comments with love 😅😊❤
I'm not a cook. My sister Sheilah (doesn't eat pork) texted me all excited about your video. She insisted that I watch it with her over the phone. She knows I like short cuts & saving money. I'm so impressed that I've subscribed! Me the non-cook😅
When I thought I've seen or done it all on the kettle I see this. Great idea! I always cook on the Weber and am amazed what others think of. Now I guess I'm buying ribs for this weekend.
i know im randomly asking but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account? I was dumb forgot my login password. I would love any assistance you can offer me!
@Nehemiah Judah thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
stainless steel kabob skewers would work well also. Looks fantastic! The cook always has the prerogative for a taste test prior to allowing others the best bite!
Really great ideas Appreciate the effort Have a question please If I have a window of 3 to 4 hours from finishing the cooking process till eating. How can I keep the Ribs worm and tender for this duration? Is wrapping in a aluminium foil then a Taweel can help? Thanks for all the help in advance
Perpetually Impressed. The weber rib racks doesn't fit in my 22" kettle, The stack method was the only way but requires more attention and time. This method is FAN-TAS-TIC and Iĺl be using it soon for a friend house party.
I'm trying this method. I e watched tons of videos and this will be my first time Charcoal grilling ribs on my new weber kettle. Just bought the sticks to poke through the meat. Thank you for the great tips. Oh, did you have to turn them so the bottom facing ribs ended up facing the up? I was thinking I would need to poke new sticks in the meat to flip them.
Tooth Picks? Who's Tooth Picks? King Kong's? Where can I buy those Tooth Picks, Skull Island? LOL. That looks like a King Kong Kabob, LOL. You made my day. Great idea, Will give it a shot.
