    I've done the snake method a few times, it's great way to cook ribs. Nothing wrong with pull a part ribs. Nice looking ribs my friend!

      I like a little more bite, but I also like spare vs baby back too. Can’t complain though, they were super tasty

    I love direct fire ribs. So tender

      I definitely prefer spare to baby backs, but I can’t pass up a good sale price on pork to bbq. So we have lots. Thankfully the gfs family prefers them. Loving the Weber!

    I moved onto to a Weber kettle from a pellet grill too! Some people from Weber kettle forums use a Spider Grills Venom attachment for temp control. Pretty much best of both worlds from pellet to kettle.

      I’ve seen that venom and it’s pretty awesome looking. I kind of like tending to the fire, but I can definitely see it as something really useful. I do have the slow n sear that is really handy keeping low temps

    Them ribs are overcooked.

    • @UFOBBQ
      @UFOBBQ  23 дня назад +1

      These were certainly fall off the bone ribs. Personally I like them with a bit more bite so I usually cook them a bit less. But still juicy and delicious

      Sounds like a great night 😂 my fiancées family really likes them fall off the bone so that’s how I have to cook baby backs around them
