Gazpacho, much easier to style than pronounce!😉 Great tutorial. You are the soup queen. I always feel like such a professional when I bust out my tweezers. PS You look just beautiful.
Rachel I swear I could listen to you for HOURS (that’s why I bought Composition essential back then a few years ago)😂❤ loved this!!! Especially the variety of shapes and textures
I just love learning from you, youtube, blog, everything, your style is just perfect, elegant, on point, love your attention to detail, thanks for the video, keep them coming 😃
That's a good question! In this shot, I did not as the soup was thick enough to hold the pieces and the bowl was shallow. But that is absolutely something to keep in mind. If that was the case, I would have put a bowl in the bowl or even used extra cucumber pieces to build a 'stack' for example.
Your soups are always so on point! Thanks for sharing these tips!!
Ahhh thanks Joanie! I've definitely learned a few great soup tips from you book Picture Perfect Food! :)

Always a pleasure to follow along your tipps and tricks :-) Did you use a base under the soup, so that the cucumber pieces won't sink?
