My only complaint with this talk is her assumption that "all" of her audience expected long and happy lives together with their families. How many in the audience had loving happy family memories without early childhood trauma? Without ongoing conflicts that would never be resolved? She doesn't seem to recognize that despite walking on the same Earth, we don't all live in her "World." (Before the murder.) I'm sorry for her and her family's horrific loss. I agree with the rest of her talk. Easier said than done, a worthwhile goal.
Great speech. Sometimes it's hard to continue on the forgiveness pathway - especially when the offending individual continues to offend or doesn't even think they did anything wrong. It's hard to forgive, over and over again but videos like this help me immensely. Thanks

Don't be afraid of the God quote, ( it is not a reigious speech) what she has to say is very inspiring and gives you a terrific insight into what forgiveness is about, my heart goes out to her, as Mother and I am impressed with her courage.
