Enter Shikari was my youth! Glad you could discover them!
These guys were one of the first groups I found really pushing the boundaries in terms of mixing those electronic elements with the metalcore sound way back in the mid-late 2000's. They're a fair bit more "poppy" & have delved further into the electronic sound these days but they always perform this track & some oldies live & they are a fantastic live band, always giving their all.
And then they dropped The Void Stares Back
great reaction kurtis enter shikari are a post hardcore/electronicore band from st albans hertfordshire this song by the band is a classic & the music video is really fun to watch if it wasn't for this band i would not have discovered bands such as attack attack asking alexandria & i see stars thank you enter shikari for kicking off the post hardcore/metalcore/ electronicore scene in style in 2007 glad that i discovered you guys back then.😀 keep the reactions coming bro well done.😀🤘🔥

This song is god damn genre defining! I was in middle school during this time and man the angst felt so good! In highschool I went to house parties like this all the time. Man the 2000s fuckin ruled. Kids seem like such pussies to me these days. Oh your sad and angsty? Get angry about it! Get in trouble! Have fun! Dont just complain about it on social media. Go out and get it out of you! That feeling of being in some house with a bunch of sweaty teenagers going as hard as you know how! You felt like you knew who you were and you felt like you perfectly belonged there in that moment! Talk about being ALIVE! Do kids get to feel like that these days? I think not. God I miss it!
