For people unaware how crazy rare temporalis is. First you need a 4 floor Sekhema drop which only drops in high tier maps. Then you need to complete those long ass annoying trials for the *chance* for the boss to drop a special *one time use* unique relic. You then have to use that relic in *another* 4 floor trial for the final boss to drop temporalis. Oh and that special relic also caps your maximum honor to 1, so you have to complete the entire trial without getting hit by *anything* once. Yea.... I think it's fine being op because its hard as shit to attain.
Honestly I don't see anything wrong with this. Being gated behind Temporalis means this build is not at all accessible for the vast majority of players, meaning this is a true chase build. You have to play something else and essentially "beat the game" to farm the necessary components to even do this. It's not like other broken builds that you can do right off the rip and are unfairly balanced.
I swap out coc-spark for coc-frostwall-lifetap-inspiration-spell cascade, and replace conc effect with inc aoe on choir's supports. Also bought/div some jewels to hit 100% crit. Clear seems the same. Will try on pinnacles after work.
@@nymomo789 changes from jungroan's: respec some faster-cast passives to crit and bought/div 8 jewels w triggerdmg or ele dmg+spell dmg+crit hit+spell crit (each jewel is at least +24%crit) to hit 100% crit. Also used a +3frostwall jewel. Took MOM. Also changed Coc to: L20Frostwall, cascade, lifetap, inspiration. Changed choir's conc effect to inc aoe. That's all.
This build will for sure get nerf. Not because it is an autobomber, but the fact that you can try to crit cap and crash the game/server with infinite spellcast loop.

Nerfed, but i just easily cleared a decent map with it still. No more massive chaining (No instances crashes), so you need high crit to keep on proccing the Greater lightning bolt which does now 3.5x more dmg (tooltip just 3x). Juiced maps will be a bit hard I think.
The part where Choir of the Storm can trigger of itself is 100% uninteded and is going to be nuked as soon as GGG is back from holidays. You guys decide whether you want to go for this buold or not.
amazing and fun build. One thing i can't get to work is the bosses with invulnerability though. @jungroan any idea ? I have Archmage active and lifetap on lightning strike (now it costs life but we recover it anyway overtime, so now lightning strike has a small interval between strikes, so no server crash). acuity is also removed (otherwise infinite damage despite lifetap) Only Problem is i randomly die now before the boss is dead. The damage is a bit slower so the boss actually gets to do 2-3 actions and it seems something kills me despite having 3.5k ES. I Suppose chaos damage ? Though i find it odd that the 4th ascension boss does chaos. How do i fix that ? can't get immune to it by having 1 Max HP.

this is 100% going to be nerfed, if they nerfed armour explosion being able to break armour and chain react of itself then choir of the storm shouldn't proc with it's own crits
It seems to me it's not really possible to avoid instance crashes on this build cause they're caused by choir trying to hit a dead mob. It's not direct question of procrate but probability, the more often your choir hits the more likely you'll hit some dead mob with choir and splat the instance. So even when you lower crit AND use only cast on dodge without CoC - crashes are mostly inevitable.
@@charlestulley431 i found my issue was caused by headhunter in fact. i slapped it on as had it leftover from DD build on my blood mage, and it was crashing like EVERY TIME i killed last rare after some build tweaks. Lo and behold after dropping headhunter i had 0 crashes. sitting ~about 55% crit chance RN pre-malice. worked fine at 65% base with charge infusion + lingering illusions but dropped it for now in favour of grim feast + mana remnants, will get it back after i slot 3x grand spectrums.
temporalis is pretty cheap, if you go farm yourself you probably go crazy. So i'd say it's cheap. As someone who did original sin run in ssf only because it's only way to get ring. Trade trivializes it and it's much easier to get divines imo.

Can someone explain in simple terms? (Poe noob here) The unique chest makes his blink have 0 cd? So he spams it around, but how does it trigger the lightning bolts? Is it because everytime he blinks it's considered a 'dodge' hence he has cast on dodge with 2 sparks inserted? So the sparks get triggered which crits and then triggers the lightning bolts? Is that basically what is happening in the first part of the video against the boss correct? He spammed blink so fast that it triggers all the sparks which crits and that triggers the bolts. But how are his bolts doing so much damage?
@@jungroan Hey man! So the Amulet "Triggers bolt on critical hit" is what is triggering it based off your sparks crits that are auto triggered by both Cast on Dodge and Cast on Crit correct?
@@frozenkuku Yes, Cast on Dodge and Cast on Crit Spark setups are for starting the Cast on Crit Amulet loop. All his damage comes from the amulet due to it hitting effectively infinite times if it wasn't for him purposefully going for 70% crit chance instead of 100. You could walk into a bossroom with self cast Arc and 100% crit chance and do more damage, but you would crash the server. Using Spark and lower crit chance prevents crashing for the most part, and since Spark has such good coverage, it allows for keeping the Cast on Crit loop at a level that does enough damage to effectively instant kill the boss, without crashing the server.
I'm trying a hexblast version here with your core idea... I'm pulling it off but its not too smooth yet. Wonder if you'd be willing to take a look at it.

Is Voracious worth anointing and dropping the unique glove? It quite expensive for me to test after buying temporalis and other gears. Edit: tested Voracious, I think it worth anointing as it free up a glove for more res and shield.

If you do 25 4th sactum carries then you can buy it. Giga speed builds can do two 4th trials in 70mins. That’s around 40h of farming if you factor in hideout time / relic / jewel / unique selling time
@@hypnogri5457 Not quite true, I can finish the sanctum in like 40-60mins depending on rng but I can only sell the boss carry to 1 person not to a full group and even when looking for 1 buyer sometimes it takes 2mins sometimes 20+. Obviously I can map while waiting for a buyer with the trial prepped right in front of the last boss so it's not dead time, but it's also not as streamlined as 'Oh it's 20 hours to do 20 runs' ; doing it with a full group only would increase the sell time by a lot.
@@KillahEU idk what you are doing but i can fill a 5 man party in like 4mins. everyone pays me one divine. thats 4divine per carry. takes me 35mins to get to the boss. but speccing more into ms lets me do two carries in 70mins I think. I just spam every trade channel from trade 1 to trade 30 and people message me fast. Just explicitly say that they need to pay after the kill, to build trust and get more invites. 6 man parties are still impossible for me reliably as I can only do the houglass mechanic with 5 people. 6 makes it too fast If i sell my jewels and relics i get from the run the i can make around 5div each carry. thats 125div in 25 runs EDIT I didnt look at the new temporalis price and saw that it doubled in price. so yeah.. would need to almost double that amount lol
It's very hard to hit crit at around 70% without bloodmage. You need 50%+ crit for it to even work somewhat well. In theory if you buy a bunch of crit jewels and go for more crit on tree it will probably work.
where are you getting all the crit hit chance from? my wand has 89% CHC and i even took all the crit hit nodes on the passive tree that you didn't and still only around 42% crit hit chance. Granted i havn't got the 3rd or 4th ascendency yet sure those 2 node with the extra CHC will increase it.

Currently have 1 lvl 1 on COC and 1 lvl 19 and 1 lvl 1 on COD (with a +3 to all skills wand. and barely able to sustain life/mana more then a split second. I did drop the passive for "Mind over matter" that helped a ton with mana/life control. But still not the best solution. Wonder if my crit hit chance is what screwing the build up only got 31.9% currently

Anyone else crashing too much with this build? I keep losing map waystones because after the crash, the portal is gone... My crit chance is only 50%, no where near the 75% mentioned in this guide. Mostly, it seems to crash during boss fights, expeditions and other random times. There also seems to be 2 types of crashes. One just crashes to desktop, which is actually fine, since the map is still open when I log back in. The other crashes to the login screen with an error message. This is the one that closes the map portal. Anyone else experiencing this?

I use omen on map, If crafting is not successful, I use this crash. After relog my omen is back in the inventory ;)

I swapped the build around for 99.9% crit / ~450% crit bonus. The build is slower now but by no means weak, still clearing all content no problem.

@@starwind13 You cant get 24% crit hit on a jewel unless you use adorned. You get can 15% crit and 20% spell crit damage, right now that's it.

Remember the Raging Spirit auto trigger that got fixed? This will likely be fixed in that way. Choir of the storms won't trigger itself anymore

The second spark from Cast On Dodge doesn't cast at the end of the blink for me. Both are casted at the start. What am I missing?

You could walk into a bossroom with self cast Arc and 100% crit chance and do more damage, but you would crash the server.
Using Spark and lower crit chance prevents crashing for the most part, and since Spark has such good coverage, it allows for keeping the Cast on Crit loop at a level that does enough damage to effectively instant kill the boss, without crashing the server.
I'm trying a hexblast version here with your core idea... I'm pulling it off but its not too smooth yet. Wonder if you'd be willing to take a look at it.

no nerf, you can't get temporalis that easy, there is a reason that item is op

Temporalis is doing what it's supposed to, but I don't think Choir of the Storm was ever meant to be affected by it like this. Either that or it's not meant to be triggering off of its own crits. Either way I see them changing Choir of the Storm here, not Temporalis.
@@CookedPotatoes47 slow combat yep, but not for this unique. It's most hard to get unique in the game. Think about Enigma in d2. It was OP but it was expensive.
After a potential choir nerf which ascendancy would you be thinking of going with? Just got a tempo and wondering what class to level, would you still go blood mage?

you can't reduce the cd with armor under 100ms but does this mean if reduce it with armor to 100, you can still go under using support gems...right?
the tool tip on greater lighting bolt does show an 0.08 second (80ms) cooldown with ingenuity support socked, got it down to 70ms with volatile catalyst anointed

Is Voracious worth anointing and dropping the unique glove? It quite expensive for me to test after buying temporalis and other gears.
Edit: tested Voracious, I think it worth anointing as it free up a glove for more res and shield.

Wonder if adjust the graphics will help with the crashs? Seems liek it only crashs on bosses that have a dialog normal mapping doesn't crash.

the key item will trigger if you make critical and blood mage is the class that can do 90%crit chance so that how this build work. So i think gemling not gonna make crazy damage like this

Could definitely work on other ascendancies, but bloodmage is defacto the best for this since it revolves around crit.
are we sure the spell dmg nodes for triggerd spell works? it dont change their tooltip dmg atleast. Nodes like "dynamism"

If you do 25 4th sactum carries then you can buy it. Giga speed builds can do two 4th trials in 70mins. That’s around 40h of farming if you factor in hideout time / relic / jewel / unique selling time
@@hypnogri5457 Not quite true, I can finish the sanctum in like 40-60mins depending on rng but I can only sell the boss carry to 1 person not to a full group and even when looking for 1 buyer sometimes it takes 2mins sometimes 20+. Obviously I can map while waiting for a buyer with the trial prepped right in front of the last boss so it's not dead time, but it's also not as streamlined as 'Oh it's 20 hours to do 20 runs' ; doing it with a full group only would increase the sell time by a lot.
@@KillahEU idk what you are doing but i can fill a 5 man party in like 4mins. everyone pays me one divine. thats 4divine per carry. takes me 35mins to get to the boss. but speccing more into ms lets me do two carries in 70mins I think. I just spam every trade channel from trade 1 to trade 30 and people message me fast. Just explicitly say that they need to pay after the kill, to build trust and get more invites. 6 man parties are still impossible for me reliably as I can only do the houglass mechanic with 5 people. 6 makes it too fast
If i sell my jewels and relics i get from the run the i can make around 5div each carry. thats 125div in 25 runs
EDIT I didnt look at the new temporalis price and saw that it doubled in price. so yeah.. would need to almost double that amount lol

It's very hard to hit crit at around 70% without bloodmage. You need 50%+ crit for it to even work somewhat well. In theory if you buy a bunch of crit jewels and go for more crit on tree it will probably work.

where are you getting all the crit hit chance from? my wand has 89% CHC and i even took all the crit hit nodes on the passive tree that you didn't and still only around 42% crit hit chance. Granted i havn't got the 3rd or 4th ascendency yet sure those 2 node with the extra CHC will increase it.

Currently have 1 lvl 1 on COC and 1 lvl 19 and 1 lvl 1 on COD (with a +3 to all skills wand. and barely able to sustain life/mana more then a split second. I did drop the passive for "Mind over matter" that helped a ton with mana/life control. But still not the best solution. Wonder if my crit hit chance is what screwing the build up only got 31.9% currently
Any more tips on not crashing? I swapped life tap like you said on the mobalytics post, but i one shot arbiter in like less than a second and crashed and lost everything, what else should I do?
Log out before he phases. You have a slight window where you can do that and just walk back in and it'll phase like normal.

Anyone else crashing too much with this build? I keep losing map waystones because after the crash, the portal is gone... My crit chance is only 50%, no where near the 75% mentioned in this guide. Mostly, it seems to crash during boss fights, expeditions and other random times.
There also seems to be 2 types of crashes. One just crashes to desktop, which is actually fine, since the map is still open when I log back in. The other crashes to the login screen with an error message. This is the one that closes the map portal. Anyone else experiencing this?
