Garuda Indonesia seriously learned a lot and have come a very long way after this disaster. For 15 years straight, there has been zero incident/accident fatalities coming from the flights of this airline. Too bad the pandemic and alleged internal mismanagement put the airline in a very tough position to survive...

This animation is a little inaccurate because the front end flipped over and crashed into the front of the remaining fuselage while in the video the front end didn’t flip it just disconnected.

A go around is when you are having issues landing or something else, the pilot turns the plane and then lines up again with the runway.
