    Glad you posted this. Having identical problem on my K2. Just started today at a traffic light. Smoothly let out clutch and gave moderate gas. Motor bogged for 4-5 seconds and felt like it was going to stall. Also heard a strange “whoosh” sound. Then ran smoothly as per usual. Weird problem; caught me off guard.

      I took the injectors out and pressurized and cleaned them. plus the fuel pump. I also put a universal filter on it going from the tank to the injectors. After that it was fine. When you clean your fuel filter remember there is an internal filter inside the housing unit where the pump site. The only way to clean it is to spray break cleaner in it, shake it. Then dump it out. Do this till the fluid it clean. Dump it out in a cup so you can see just how much dirt is in it. Then spray the inside with some air to help dry it out. The put it all back together.

    The problem is not havinf the secondary butterflys. They are there to meter the amount if air entering the throttle bodies. When you jam the throttle its pulling a giant gulp of air before there is enough fuel and its falling on its face

    When mine acted like this I was stumped. We tried several things. Including the fuel pump. But it ended up being the ecu. Bike only had a sweet spot between 5k-8k rpm’s. And only pulled at quarter throttle. And wouldn’t redline . Replaced the ecu and it revs and rides like new. Hope this helps someone out

      thesouth50 where did u buy your cpu ? I have the same issue 01 750, no f1 lightchecked and changed nearly every sensor including tps checked both tps with a multi meter had the line in middle in dealer mode new fuel pump plugs injectors, I bought a 2nd cpu used , the same issue both Ecu’s as soon as I plug in tps it’s almost like it causes a short. I can’t rev up at all, unplug tps and I get about 1/2 turn throttle.?

      paul w I bought it off eBay. If you’ve already tried a good working ecu and it shorts them out, that’s a different I’m not familiar with sorry

    My 04 750 is doing the same thing ! Tryna find out what it can be before I start spending a bunch of money on it ! Any info would be greatly appreciated

    I got an 05 750 right now just bought it bout a month back, kid said its been sitting needed a tune up so I did plugs coils gas filter oil oil filter air filter all the basic stuff amd it sounds cleaner and crisper up to 5500 rpms its fine then it almost sounds like it has a 2 step it just bogs and if I go above 5500 rpms its normal again I cant figure it out its driving me bat shit crazy

      Look up on youtube on how to clean injectors. There are many videos on how to do it. Try that and see if it helps. Mine did that and I cleaned the injectors and some other stuff like putting a small universal fuel filter on the line. Also have you cleaned the tank? If it's been sitting it may have rust in it.

    I have the same issue on mine can u guide me on what you did ive also changed everything and i put it in dealer mode and -C00 shows up

      Hey Bro im having a problem with my 07 gixxer stalling going up steep Hills and it wont start up untill i close the key and open again and its even doing in it while i drive around and stalls and i gotta shut off key and start again what could it be? Fuel pump? Or injectors or maybe Electrical problem please if you can help me out. Thank you

      @@JoseDiaz-hn2ex that sounds like a short somewhere. I'd check the harness and make sure nothing was touching before I started on the fuel.

    I had the same problem...mines a 2005 gsxr 600.... showed c28 code....that's your secondary throttle sensor...or TPS... I completely unhooked mine...no butterflies like ur... came to find out it was a kinked fuel line... check that

    Check your timing, valve guides,and look a great deal into your ignition. I've seen where a stator can provide strong enough spark at a constant rpm but once you move it at all it would try to die. Good luck

      Bad injectors was my best guess. Cause I had to take them out several times, pressurize them and clean them. Plus I had to put a universal fuel filter on it as well.

    Hi bro...i hqv3 an issu if you cqn to help me...i have a suzuki 750 m 98 but it needs alot of time to star and if get start just for a pair of minutes or seconds and apart of that doesnt past 2000 rpm ..i change fiul pump the most of things the tps 1 is bad cus when you acelerate a little bit send 4.8 volts ok...I put another but its the same ...please help meeee

      Have you put a new battery, stator and rr on it? Sometimes when one of those goes bad it can cause that. What about a universal fuel filter? If it's carb then try cleaning the carbs on it. The jets may need to be cleaned. And if it's fuel injection, then try cleaning them out. I know it's alot but it has to be one of those I just listed. Oh and what about the tip over sensor? Sometimes when the bike falls over the tip over sensor will get stuck. I always take 2 small zip ties and put 1 on each end so the ring does touch the ends. Hope this helps, if it don't then let me know.

    You know when your stva kept making that clicking noise how did you fix that because when my valves prime they open then close and stay closed

      Danny mederos yes I did. I took the injectors out and cleaned them. plus put a universal fuel filter on it. now it runs great. although I did have to clean the injectors a few times. and I just took the stva off completely. I also put a Rick's stator and rectifier on it. if I'm not doing anything tomorrow.ill upload a video on how to clean the injectors. and also explain better on how I fixed it.

      Nicklaus Mase sorry I never got a notification from you. but I don't have this bike no more. but I took the injectors out, pressurized them and cleaned them with break cleaner. I had to rig up 2 hoses one to fit the front of the injectors, and one to fit the opposite side. then hooked them up to a battery but only taped the + side so it would mimic the way they work. did it on both sides and then cleaned the pump, filter and housing with break cleaner. then just put a Autozone Universal fuel filter on it. and it ran strong after with no problems. hope this helps if u still have this problem.

      Try pulling the injectors and cleaning them. There are videos of how to do them on here. Try that and see how it runs.

      @@bradenscars2030 yeah I had to put a universal fuel pump on mine as well. Make sure you clean the injectors very well. Also what could make it do that is if you have changed the exshulst on it and not put a pc on it.

      @@dirtyred246 so if I took the factory exhaust muffler off my 2002 GSXR 1000 & put a shorty exhaust tip on it the bike used the factory exhaust headers, could this cause my bike down and have a sweet spot in about ⅓ throttle @ the 4200 RPM's? I did take my fuel tank off and pulled the fuel pump which the primary canister was full of black looking crap. I have not ordered the parts for it yet and still have a feeling that that is not going to change anything of how it was running. This 2002 I have was just rebuilt it has only 250 miles on the bike after the rebuild. The heads were milled, polished & all new valves installed. I put a sorrow buddy on the bike because I took the exhaust actuator out. but ever since the rebuild this is how it's been acting. Idles fine and Revs ok, but burns rich. It's only when it's put under a load that it bogs down through all gears. In first gear, I will bog down when I first start to take off but picks up until about 4300 RPMS. It falls on its face between 4300-5000 RPMs and if I pull throttle more or let off of the sweet spot, it's all boggy and runs like crap.

      @@dirtyred246 so if I put a PC 5 on my bike on the bike, would that stop the problem? I'm going to try to use the same pump and filters to see what happens when I get done with cleaning the primary canister filter and put it back together (hopefully tomorrow).I do know my pressure regulator is all rusted so I'm going to replace it , but it will be a few days before it comes in.

    You sound like me I've replaced everything on my f****** K1 and now it's got a new problem backfiring and s*** now it sounds like my f****** Ninja 650 I think it's missing or something. trying to set the TPS I get it perfect look back up its f****** up do it again is it perfect then it goes to the down .omg! I'm about to sell this f****** thing and buy a goddamn electric bike
