Before spending the money on fork seals you should take a brand-new playing card with the rounded edges and go all the way around the seal to clear any small pieces of sand or anything else that can obstruct the seals from sealing! You use the rounded corner and work your way slowly around the entire fork! Its helped me two out of the four times I've had a fork leak. This tip came from Jeremy McGrath's lead dirt bike mechanic. Love the channel man and don't forget to do something special for your Queen because they don't really make them like this anymore!👍👍👍

That pb blaster stuff works well, but stinks to high hell when it burns off. If your just attempting to get rid of rust, I have had tremendous results with eastwood rust converter. Doesn't stink and it's paintable once it cures.

Beautiful machine, I have to deoil my rotors every time I ride. I have to pay 450 bucks to replace that seal. Still mad at the dealership. Won't even allow them to make good on it. That is how pissed I am. I never want to see that place again.
Get a baxley sport chock and hook it to the front of the trailer. It will hold the bike for you and make it more secure. I’m a retired track day / racer and used that setup for years.
Bro thank you for your video. You are am inspiration to is all. I got back into riding again after a crash back in 2009 on my R6 . I just bought a 2001 kawasaki zx7 r classic she's yellow and black chrome wheels and just did fresh oil , spark plugs ,filter and thrubin a fuel pump just to be safe. I would have just rode the bike after I bought it but your vids make me want to keep on working on her. Lol and yes them rotors are looking good no jiggling or wobbling. She's running good and purring like a kitty thank you and your fam for giving me that itch. Stay well and be safe
I’ve had several bikes in my life cruisers and sportbikes. That is one sharp GSXR personally I love the yellow/black paint scheme. I’m partial to yellow. I have to say it’s good to hear you say I’m going to take it easy because of the front seal leak and the rotor being loose. Your being smart and it’s nice to hear. Yo don’t even risk riding that bike with those brakes anymore and that front seal. I had a similar leak and it caused one of my worst bike wrecks I ever been in. I was doing a lil over the speed limit and coming down a bridge that had a red light at the bottom that changed fast and I couldn’t stop. I got super lucky and rolled off the hood of a truck that hit me on the side and wasn’t too badly injured.

Looks a lot like my old 00 750 with a few changes. Especially with those yellow headlights behind the tinted shield. Bike was in the family for over 20yrs until I sold it in 21.

This is my favorite bike, seeing this bike in biker boyz had me stuck, i just enjoy the headlight so much for some reason😂 this is the best looking gsxr in my opinion as far as the models go.
@2wheelfamily493 maybe one day, but it would have to be an old gsxr. I test rode some pricey ducs at the time, then left Moto Corsa in beaverton, headed back to the suzuki dealer in hillsboro, and left with that sweet ride. Even without an aftermarket exhaust, when she was at full song, there was nothing like it ..at least to my ears.... keep the rubber side down, brother, a stay safe out there.

These are "vintage" bikes now make sure you take care of her and your supportive Queen 👸 the only thing i would consider tho is the dark headlight for nighttime riding ride safe buddy
So after watching this, I never had that rotor issue but I’ve had the actual mounting bolts start to come loose before. Just loose enough to make a rattle over bumps. It drove me absolutely crazy for like 2 weeks

My 750 did that take the rotor off. put the outside rivet on your vice anvil flat use socket on the back side hammer it tight. It works. .

Yamaha R3, ninja 300 , cbr 250 all great beginner bikes
if you already have 10 years of experience riding dirtbikes and other stuff you may be ready for a 600cc sportbike it's all about throttle control

I wonder what kind of rivet tool they use on those rotors? Could you re-punch the rivets and tighten up. Or better off to get them replaced I guess😐
probably just better off replacing the entire rotor as they are fairly inexpensive

You should look into “Shock Socks” for the forks seals once you get them changed out.
I run those on all my other bikes appreciate the info
