All things being equal, the Pro V1X is my ball of choice- high flight, mid-spin off my irons and great green side control. But at $55/dz -- sheeeesh. For elite Ams and Pros, you can’t compromise- I get it. But for us mere mortals, it’s tough to justify with so many similarly performing models at lower price points.
I agree I like the Pro V1x too but I only use them occasionally because of the price, I started using Maxfli Tour X several years ago and I just had a driver fitting and it only had a little more spin off the driver than a pro v1x and they have very close spin numbers on the greens and much cheaper
I’m not the golfer that the left dash is catered to. That being said, I tend to impart too much spin on the ball. That being the case, left dash does everything I want it to. I’m not a fan of the price, so I’ve scoured the internet looking for any ball that is high launch low spin. I currently play the maxfli tour but will buy used left dash balls off eBay from time to time.
Tony is killing the forest gump look!
Left dash is my ball. Gets me a straighter flight with my woods but spin plenty with my wedges

Titleist ball sales, what a job
Left dash is perfect. Doesn't suck back on short irons and wedges.Get enough green side action. All technique.
I wonder what they consider for putting when designing a ball or if they do?
Would love to hear the guys at least ask them about this. Ie old ball to new ball etc
Further, more spin, less dispersion, rinse wash repeat. See you in 2 years, 4, 6, 8 ad infinitum
Further? The rollback is coming. They wont want 15 yards lost overnight .The ball will lose 2-3 yards a year for 5 years
it's farther not further, because it goes FAR
WHERE IS THE LEFT DOT?!?!?
This. Wish they would bring it back. There's a huge demand for it too.
Who else were hoping the boys would hit some shots on camera?
Next time!
Are you also working on a worse golf ball to meet roll back requirements? (:

Try Taylor made tour feel ,way cheaper and go well.
@ you mean your response? I like that ball too but it’s over $40/dz. Still too high for my liking lol
Maxfli is a great option...if you don't mind a firmer feel around greens, try the Titleist Velocity
What happened to the left -.*# ball?
Yeah I want the dot!
Can’t wait for the Ball Rollback and the BS marketing coming out!!
Layered core......So is proV1 now a 4 piece ball
Gradient core for V1 and dual core for the X
I like listening to your Pro V1 reviews, but don't use them any more. I'm older, slower, and lose balls too frequently.
