I was born in 83 in the USSR and watched TMNT show in early 90s after the USSR collapsed. I've became a turtle-fan wearing a T-shirt with the team and enjoying some toys by Mirage Studios which were bought to me by my relatives. So yeah - turtles have made a global impact beyond all questions.

And it blew our freaking minds when it got released for Nintendo, old school NES! Nothing but fond memories right here in this video.
I was very surprised at how good this looks and sounds, they have done the intro and gameplay classic style with just a slight touching up. This is definitely the best way to revive classic arcade games and this would look great in a arcade cabnet aswell.

I played the crap out of TMNT II the arcade. I'll never forget that. My parents got me an NES not long after lol. I cannot wait for this game to come out!
FYI: The founders of the studio behind this (Tribute Games), are exmembers of Ubisoft that worked in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game. The publisher (Dotemu) also published Streets of Rage 4.

The fact that they show April and Splinter taking out baddies in th eintro might be implying unlockable characters to play as. Can you say Casey Jones? Metalhead? Usagi Yojimbo?
I don't want it to just be a Co Op or Multiplayer game...atleast have it be just like the NES TMNT 2 Arcade gane where if you want to play Single Player and by yourself, you can choose to do so...I don't play games Online...
