oh my god same. I've heard every deftones and team sleep song so when this song autoplayed on youtube I got so confused because it was Chino's voice but I never heard of it before. It was a really pleasant surprise. Turns out he has more side projects too that I somehow never heard of

As most of us know, Chino is infatuated with 80's new wave. I believe he was always searching for that perfect sound of new wave mixed with alternative and he found it with Crosses. I tell you guys right now, if Deftones broke up and Chino went on with this band I would not mind one bit. This is EPIC!

+dedseason yeah totally feel you on that. I would miss Deftones but this music is what I always imagined Chino's voice being backed by. On numerous occasions while listening to Deftones through out the years his voice made me think of floating in space. Genius.
I'd be so gutted if Deftones broke up, but I would 100% be down if Chino then dedicated his time to releasing more Crosses material. Shame they haven't done anything since the 2nd EP.

I'm disabled now, but the year this song came out I had just started dating the love of my life. I used to finish work, walk home and get ready to see her, always playing this album. I used to listen to this album while walking to her house under the moon and stars. Slipping silenty through the town, up to her room & into her embrace. I miss her so much.
