Video is from years ago, so I can't say with 100% certainty. This worked for me to play with a friend online, not local, so take that as you will.

I'm happy to reply whether you sub or not, but I appreciate it if you do. The answer is no, you can't. As far as I know, Neverwinter doesn't have crossplay with PC's. I looked it up to make sure, and it appears the answer is no. Sorry!

I don't believe so, but I can't recall. I did it very early in the game, so I can't imagine its higher than say level 2 or 3.
