🙏 Mulligans the title of this video doesn’t describe the content. He said he doesn’t know what is going to come after this life. It’ s more like “The importance of meeting the present moment”. Thanks for your work. 🤗
Well lt talks about how we unheritage things and habits from our ancestors, so we should become a better version of ourselves in order to have after life also better kids.
I think the title fits because that is how he see the afterlife. He does not know what happens for sure but that what we do right now matters and we take the energy we build up to with us 🙏🏻❤️ my 2 cents is we reincarnate until we get it right. Like if we don't realize we are the observer of our thoughts and emotions and not them themselves. And our soul gets to decide where it goes if we grow enough spiritually with help from our spirit guides. This reality is just a dream and it's to enjoy and we create our reality once we become lucid in our dream. There is nothing to fear and when you only Love the locks open to joy and bliss 🙏🏻❤️
But Mulligan knows why They give this title.... 🌼 And who ever understand zen deeply.. .. They know why 😊
I think you didn't get what the actual content was. He's not talking about the traditional or Christian concept of afterlife, this speech goes beyond, and in a more concrete way than traditional religious do

Perhaps there is no afterlife , because life and death are intertwined? It’s a continuous process? Everything Shi Heng Yi shares with us gives you an opportunity to learn about how things work together with the world around us and how to get involved with our selves in a meaningful way.
