LEDs for Model UFOs and Spaceships by Evan Designs

This fully assembled circuit has a quick flash with a pause. We have added 5 of our nano cool white, each on it's own 14" wire. After the circuit there is 14" input wire. We include a 9 volt battery snap with on off switch too. The 9 volt snap can easily run 1-50 LEDs.
We have seen this circuit used on model spaceships and space shuttles with great effect!

How many volts does it use or is it any 3 volts?
