Almost good. The step at 5.57 is incorrect. You do need to completely remove those screws BEFORE powering up the window glass. The glass will still be kept in place and in position.
So did someone let this car get flooded or something? It’s a pretty rare thing to have to change a lock actuator in the back AND a window regulator in the front…

so how can i go up and down to removed the motor or regulator ?
