Couple of questions - I usually buy big bunch of palak and now then when you mentioned that you should have palak only once a week and I am the only person who eats palak - is there any other options or suggestions where I can still have palak daily and not affect the iron deficiency issue. Secondly - your makeup was subtle and neat - can you share the lipstick shade and blush/bronzer used! Thank you sharing such a useful information
Honestly, I have the same issue. But I eat all the spinach I buy. Maybe buy it every two weeks to give your body a break and make up that iron. But honestly, eating too much spinach is not the worst thing. I honestly say just eat as much as you can. It's great for your skin and aids weight loss.

Smoothie is important and use different greens. Thanks for the make up compliment. I use Mac now because it's not tested on animals. I use Mac lipstick and bronzer.
when u r eating a wide vareity of whole foods..dont focus on any deficiency...it will be taken care of . dont bother about calcium or protien either . instead the focus should be on whole , real unprocessed foods. I have never ever had a blood test or any other test since 2004..13 years now ..i know my body will respond to the right nutrition .
ASHISH THAKKER go natural. To gain weight add more natural fats like nuts seeds coconut peanuts. To lose weight you need 10 nuts a day. To gain weight, have more.
The only problem when adding more nuts and seeds over time is that the saturates may bother you . Just because they come from Plants and are whole doesnt mean they are always safe . I would look into the cause ..maybe your digestion is compromised , maybe you have chronic amebiasis or worms .
