    In this video we are talking about 4 Simple Exercises to turn a BREECH BABY | Flip Baby at Home | Physio Exercises | Dr. Alka Pawalia. Breech baby means it is the feet of the baby which are down in the pelvis, instead of the usual head down position.
    This kind of position could have its own complications like a cesarean section or delayed prolonged labor. So in 4 Simple Exercises to turn a BREECH BABY | Flip Baby at Home | Physio Exercises | Dr. Alka Pawalia, we will some exercises that are quite effective in turning your baby around from the breech position.
    Try to be in each position for 10-15 minutes, 3 times a day
    Start around 32+ weeks
    Keep yourself hydrated
    Try these exercises when you feel baby movements

    Thank you so much ma'am 💖❤.My baby was in transverse position even at 34 weeks .I saw ur video n started these exercises.. finally baby delivered without any cesarean, without any stitches by normal delivery....I will be very thankful,As all doctors suggested me that baby can't delivered without any surgery..No words to say thanks u❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Thank you so much for your valuable video. This video helped me alot. I found that my baby was in breech at 34 weeks of pregnancy then I followed your video and did those exercises.finally my baby turned into cephalic position and delivered normally. It a baby boy..

    Mam mera baby 5 month m breech tha tab koi tension nhi but 8 month m bhi breech aaya ,doc ne bola agr sidha nhi hua to operation se hi hoga ,fir m n ek week 3 time adha ghnta ye sab exercise kiye aur ab 9 month m baby head down kr chuka h ab sab normal rha tha normal ho jayega baby mera ,8 sal bad pregnancy h ,tysm mam ,yoga exercise m conceive krne se bhi krti aa rhi thi ab normal delivery k liye try kr rhi hu

      If no major issue with the cord, then can do exercises. Start slowly and gently.

      Do walking at such a pace that you do not feel breathless. Can slow down accordingly.

      Start comfortably, begin with less repetitions 5-6 times then as you feel comfortable increase the repetitions to 10-12 maximum.

      Twins can be a difficult situation as there is already less space available for movement of baby. Avoid if not comfortable .

      Can start at your own pace, slowly increase time upto 10 minutes..you should be comfortable while doing, if you feel too tired or uncomfortable at any point can stop at any point.

      Do not overexert, be very gentle with exercises, less repetitions, for back pain do cat & camel exercises, it works like wonder...

      Hi, try to do it 2-3 times daily. For repetitions keep less initially say 5-7, then increase daily reaching 10-20 or upto your comfort level.

      Hi, for Twins there is less space to turn, so can be difficult. Walk if possible and do consult your gyne for the same.

      Aapko bed rest breech ki vajah se bola ya kuch or reason ke liye. Agar koi or dikkat nahi hai to aap exercise karsakte. I dont know aapkai all details so cannot say much, par ek baar pehle apni dr. ko b consult karlena.

      Rest is advised for some complication in pregnancy or in general.? If no major compliation in pregnancy then can do, or directly consult your gynecologist for it.

    Dear Dr. 31 weeks 1 days pe meri wife ka ultrasound hua hai jo ki wahan pe Breech presentation dikha raha hai Amniotic fluid AF1-10.3 cm Aur Baby weight 2066+/-115 gms. Show kr raha hai koi problem ki bat to nahi hai Aur cephalic position me baby kab ayega. Kya mere baby ka weight sahi hai ,But mam my baby is in breech position since the beginning of first trimester, till now he has not changed any position, which is on 31 weeks now same position.

      Don't worry its all good.Your baby is healthy and weight is also fine.
      And apply this exercises even walking will be definately worked.
      for some ladies its work in 3 days even for some of them these exercise worked within hours.And one more thing most of people asking this questions that can they do this exercise ?? and ans is yes even in 38 week of preganancy they can do its all natural position so with slowly and with caring thats all.Result will see to everyone dear thank☺

      If you are cleared by your gyne, then you can do these exercises. Start slow then as weeks increase can do more repetitions.
