◼️ Discover the exciting process we did to HUMANIZE the Hospital's ONCOLOGY area through the co-creation of wellness environments. I will tell you everything: from how the project began through a donation, all the methodology that has been carried out during the process, and the final result, which will surely not leave you indifferent.
◼️ For more than a year we have been working in a participatory manner with the Hospital Sant Joan de Reus to co-create a unique project, which pursues the humanization of the stay for cancer patients. To do this, we have carried out a co-creation process with both health personnel, patients and companions.
◼️ In this video you can see a great example of HUMANIZATION of Health. It is important to emphasize that "humanize" does not mean that there was inhumane treatment before. Health personnel carry out an incredible activity, dedication and vocation for people. But much can be improved if we rethink all processes and put people at the center. With that philosophy that characterizes the Japanese with their KAIZEN (Continuous Improvement). There are many incremental improvements we can make to improve and dignify the experience of all people who go through a hospitalization process.
