My only problem with OBIS is the random super bandits placed throughout the world. I don’t mind their inclusion, but I do mind the fact that one of them can call a Meteor Storm on me when I'm literally just walking in the general, broad proximity of his fort.
Lawbringer & Skyrim Realistic Conquering do so much to make the world actually feel alive with a sense of dynamism. I can't imagine playing without them now.

there needs to be a bandit mod that allows the player to become a bandit king by overthrowing every bandit leader location, where you can control the bandit locations across the map, and have your own criminal empire. where every location counts as a bandit kingdom to rule your bandits, where you can send them on raids and perform kidnapping and pillaging villages and such and set ransoms for goods, and just exploiting the war between the stormecloaks and the imperials, some of the bandits could also be solders from the army who deserted, so that they wouldn't be killed, they found themselves as outlaws living in these bandit communities. and in order for the player to gain access to become a bandit themselves is they have to have a bounty of a substantial level that a hold wants you dead and then from there, you can overthrow your own bandit captain and take his territory and the next location and the next until you control them all and make yourself a bandit king.
I don't recall the name of it but there was a mod that makes it so all the treasures and stuff you sell to merchants have a chance of finding their way into the hands of bandits out in the world. So all those Daedric Battleaxes with Chaos Damage that does like 2000 you enchanted for the practice and sold for the gold might find their way into the hands of bandits.
In 11 1/2 years of on-again off-again play, I’ve never been more excited to go deal with some bandits. I’ve hit some stagnation in my gameplay lately and haven’t known what to do. This is just what I need. Thank you
Rogues and Raiders has also created a new draugr Overhaul mod called the restless dead thats great. It has a patch so it can use the r+r penalty system and is even more fun when used with More Undying Dead that makes it that some draugr reanimate unless you use something like silver swords or fire to kill them.
why do people turn the game into dark souls with a skyrim skin? the vanilla gameplay is great already except for the difficulty options because standing there hitting the same enemy for 10mins is so realistic and fun!
Can you create a step by step guide on how to achieve the combat in your gameplay for latest Skyrim build? I installed MCO, got it semi working, but it's such a large slew of dependencies that I don't want to even touch it to make it more like I was expecting.
I wish they'd make a mod that lets you enslave, recruit or spare bandit members and once in your care, you can command them to do anything. Like Guild starter but with bandits and other factions.

Lawless is completely unbalanced i had the captured wenches quest line most of the bandits use iron weapons mind you. I added the sum of hp i had to go through to free one wench it was 2000+ points of hp. I am level 40 at the moment and these bandits that use "iron" weapons while i have an iconic greatsword that was sub 100 dmg did fricking nothing man. I got so frustrated with the dmg that bandits delt to me. I was playing on adept difficulty and at first i was like oh ok the bandits are a little harder nice then it all went from 0 to 100 rly fast. I felt like i was playing on legendary diff. Their iron warhammer did 60+ dmg on hit so that's 1/5 of my hp and that was a bandit that was lv 25. I am so done with that crap.
Skyrim combat will always feel the same until modders start to give special moves to enemies - bears with knockdown slams, wolves with Crowd Control/real wolfpack behaviours etc. Now everthing is the same - they just hit you, lose some hp, dragons bite is the same as rats, just more damage. The only unique thing is Giant's club ground slam that staggers you [earthquake]

Tried Lawless today on PS4. Might be nice to install on a running playthrough, but on expert, you can't go for the first quest, because those overpowered champions, berzerks, witchhunters etc. just rip you apart. Was too much for me.
No, thank you - last time I downloaded one of those recommended bandit overhauls, even the lowest cutthroat was armed with oil pot bombs and insta-kill flintlock pistols and rifles - and my skyrim playthrough turned from a Viking fantasy to the Wild Wild West !!

Just went to clear out a fort for the legion. I just got absolutely demolished by Bandit Rogues and Bandit Juggernauts.

civil war is one of the most badly coded and save breaker game , i wont recommand that at all
