@@cristinealfonso2751I would say go on some kind of deployment as soon as you can. Operational experience prepares you for making difficult decisions and learning to take control of a situation. When they MAP people, they are often looking at Sailors that are ready in that respect. As far as advancing of the exam, you need to identify what you need to do to earn EP Evals and take every opportunity to study.
