When you say you get set back a week does that mean your graduation date changes? What does getting set back mean. And if you get set back and have to work your way to get back up to catch up, how do you do that?
Ashtyn Winkler what he said but also gonna mention you can’t work your way to catch up and graduate when you were originally supposed to. you get a new division and a new graduation date
Alyssa, unless you're laterally asmo'ed. Sometimes if you fail something they'll asmo you to a div in your training group that is doing that thing the next day and then you move back to your div if you do pass
I'm soo nervous I leave in 5 days 😭 the initial pfa is the only thing scaring me when I first joined dep I was running it was at 20:26 and now my best time is 17:20. Is that okay for females ? I only been running outside and with this Florida humidity makes me feel like I can probably do better on a inside track.
You need to be running at a pace of 16 minutes minimum. If you are to far off they will send you home. My personal advice only eat egg whites and ham and drink nothing but water. That will help you cut a little bit of weight and you need to run at least 3 miles a day. You can fail the first pfa so dont worry. I failed my first pfa, you just need to be in the ball park of passing it. You will get better throughout bootcamp from pt. You need to do the absolute most right now to not be sent home. Your first week you will not pt at all so keep that into consideration. I wish you the best of luck!
Don't be fooled by the Inside track. I was running a solid 16 minute run before boot and I about died on the first run with a 1755 run. The air in freedom hall is ass so you'll do shittier than you expect for the first run. Keep training for your run and you should be good. I got a 1430 in my final run and I missed about half of the planned runs.
I ship out April 1st. All they gave me is the DEP guide and it’s a really small book, not like the one in your video. Did they give you that in bootcamp?
Study that guide and practice your push ups, sit ups, and run. They have a DEP test near the beginning that if you pass with an 80 or above on top of passing your initial pfa with a GOOD (you can look up what you need to get that on google) you will get a 2k bonus on top of a meritorious advancement if your not already at E-3. And no you cant get the recruit guide until you arrive at boot unless you get a secondhand copy somehow.
Just subbed ur a beast love the channel my man !
Thanks bro I appreciate it! I'm trying to work my way up there like you and Nicky!

The initial run time to not get kicked out for femals is 18 minutes flat
@@USNAaronPereira 16 for males. 18 for females.
Bro I subscribed , I love your sincerity
I ship out April 1st. All they gave me is the DEP guide and it’s a really small book, not like the one in your video. Did they give you that in bootcamp?
Mary I ship out April 1st as well!
Rosalyn Symons hey!!! That’s awesome!! Hope to see you there! 😊
I’ll being seeing you in bootcamp! I leave the day after yours
April 1st here too! See you guys there
