    Some tips I compiled from playing so far:
    POSITION CHANGES
    ATH Possession -> TE/DT/FB
    ATH Physical w/ 80+ Spec Catch -> FS/SS/CB (they will guaranteed have Platinum Lay Out)
    ATH Power Back -> OLB/MLB
    ATH Scrambler/Power Rusher w/ 92+ ACC -> DE (they will guaranteed have Platinum Quick Jump)
    DEPTH CONVERSIONS:
    Depth WRs that are fast and tall but probably won’t start -> TE
    Depth WRs that are fast but not tall and probably won’t start -> RB
    Depth Power Back RBs or Depth Blocking TEs -> FB
    Depth Hybrid S with >90 Speed -> CB
    Depth Hybrid/Run Support S w/ OLB/MLB
    Run Stopper DE -> DT
    I personally would like Jaden to cover what Defensive Schemes perform the best in Sim cause I like 4-3 cause I like to recruit the guaranteed Platinum Quick Jump ATHs for LE/RE but I wonder how the other schemes perform when recruited optimally

      Also I think you have to change the XP sliders to get the proper development for some players like I usually make CBs get 150-200% XP and FS/SS get the highest because they develop the slowest in the game. TE also goes up to like 120-150 because they also develop too slowly. You can also decrease XP for O-Line since they develop too fast even trash archetypes like Pass Protector C/G

      @@LeoAscendantMan if you really want to cheese with scheme, just only recruit 3-4 man to man corners every year and change one or 2 to saftey. Then only recruit power rusher D tackles, speed rusher DE, and one run stopper MLB. Then change one of your DE to ROLB and run Mid blitz every single play on defense. You’ll have 5 dominant pass rushers every play and 5 man to man corners locking the field down while you’re usering the run stopper mlb covering the middle of the field. It’s cheesy as hell but it feels dumb to not do it 😂

    Safeties are just a tough position on this game as far as development. You have to do more than just let them sit back and play overtop. Gotta send em on blitzes, user them and get some picks across the middle and put them at sublb if you can.

All linemen that start off with a high strength (84+) always graduate with 90+ strength. Players develop better when the senior ahead of them gets drafted. Your 83 junior will more than likely be a 90-91 senior if the linemen ahead of him gets drafted. Coaching tree matters as well. You have to have the OL boosts in motivator and tactician.

    I stopped recruiting hybrid safeties a few months ago after I realized this. Good to see more attention being paid to the problem. EA really needs to rebalance development costs for some positions/archetypes.
    I saw another video today claiming EA *has* done that recently with some positions, so hopefully hybrid safeties get some love, too. I try to find a home for all different archetypes in my dynasties, but hybrid safeties are a line I just don’t cross anymore unless I plan to move them to corner or linebacker.
    The funny thing is they often end up as slot corners, who have the *cheapest* upgrades for corner. So if you want a good hybrid safety, the best option is probably stick him at cornerback for a few off-seasons first.
