Scheme guru or recruiter tier 2 I need help deciding which to pick I'm already at level 38 I have tier 3 recruiting already and most of tactician and motivator. Do I continue with recruiters or scheme

Start as Ole miss oc with motivator. Get recruiter and tactician for free. Make dummy georgia oc recruit #1 class at georgia schedule national champ win for ole miss. Week 1 of bowl season have georgia oc take new job. Week 2 have main coach take georgia oc job. Start buying things at a 2x discount year 2 at georgia. Schedule georgia to win natty/recruit #1 again if you missed the first time. Spend 75 total points. Year 3 take best hc job you can bowl week 1. Get 2 elite recruiters on staff year one at new job. Also purchase ceo and program builder. Get the discount perks yourself in each. Fill out recruiter for 3 instead of 5 and get elite recruiter for 5 points. (My build has 2 for each but kickers on top, and level 1 for all but kickers on the bottom in recruiter). Fire staff at conference championships. Get motivators. Fill out all but kickers to 3 in motivator. Conference champ week fire them, hire 2 tacticians. Fill out all of the top trees to 4. Now, during this, the third year of your hc job, tank 2 teams with architect head coaches. Fire tactician conference champ weekend. Hire the architects during bowl week. Unlock architect for 5. Get everything but kickers to tier 2 in architect. Take a coordinator job to refund the ceo program builder points. Make a dummy coach at your dream school. Year 2 of your new coordinator job, accept a job week 1 with dummy coach and dream job with real coach. Finally, unlock senior supurlatives, delay sunday, and the delay sunday for 7-2 rounders in program builder. As long as you are going to a school with ok pipelines, and have motivator/tactician/recruiter coordinators, you get 99 overalls with 0 skill caps. Often. Who stay without persuasion.

How do you get your coaches to unlock motivator? Is it like a off-season boost that's also random? Or is hiring them the best option?

I go tier 3 motivator, and max talent developer, tier 3 recruiting. Depending on build usually have a hundred points left

Is there any way to make your assistant coachs unlock a certain skill tree? Or do i hire coordinators in off season who have the skill trees i want?

I sim game and watch - full games. playbooks certainly matter - tailor your recruits to the play style. I favorite the plays within the playbook and always avoid the screen pass - it's a sure way to watch your QB eating a facefull of grass....

I’d be curious to see a balanced team use a pass heavy playbook like any Air Raid playbook vs any type of run heavy scheme like Army or Power Spread. I guess that would be more of a ‘Does Scheme matter in simulation’ type of test.

Playbooks definitely matter! Their success is dependent on the players you have to fit in whatever scheme IMO… I think a test with 2 drastically different styles would be cool. Like a Kansas St vs TCU… Both good playbooks I think roster dependent

I notice that Pittsburgh, Boston College, NC State, Miami, and LSU seem to overachieve. Miami and LSU regularly have QBs winning Heisman with 40+ TDs and less than 5 INTs

Good stuff. Can I suggest doing 5 simulations of year 1 for each playbook as your control. Because if you sim 5 years in one save you can't guarantee that one playbook's sim won't get better recruits than the other giving it a chance for more wins. Keep up the good work!

Georgia is a good playbook to sim

i just play every game and as soon as my team struggles i just hop in. my 96 ovr ball state lost to 72 ovr hawaii in sim😭

My method is snatch the best 3 stars when your at 2 star school for about 3 seasons. As they get better , you slide those 4 stars in at key positions after a while you start getting some 5 stars. It's super hard to build a low tier school if you don't have a plan. Love the vid !!!
