12 inch for home and 6 inch for on the go. You can also find 7,8 or 10 inch which are good compromises

You can put the 12-inch pad on a table and practice while standing. Dorothea Taylor does it in many of her instructional videos.

These are HQ realfeel pads, I think the newer versions are Evan's realfeel practice pads.
