Played the owner of my local pool hall a couple times in league as well. I took the first match and she vowed to get revenge which she did the next time we played. You had a tough night, but maybe that just kept you on the owner’s good side 😂
Always had a problem playing those guys who use that "crouching style" stance. Some days they just can't miss. The problem I've seen is it's inconsistent. An inch higher or lower crouch and they miss. You definitely caught him when he was on!
Yoo didn't shoot your best, but James shot well. Both my teams won their divisions so I'm on week 3 of being off. I NEED to start practicing before they start back up! It's just hard to practice during the Summer.
@@Amateur_Pool i was fortunate with my garage . I have central air . Right above the garage was a half bath that didn’t need heat and ac. It was in the middle of the house . So I unhooked it from there and ran it to a hole I cut in my garage ceiling . It’s down right cold out there now.
39:02 Try not to think of follow through as something "extra you have to do," as opposed to part of how a shot is made. In other words, when you ride a bike, you get on, try to balance yourself, keep the handle bars straight and move the pedals. Anything short of that, and you won't be successful. Shooting pool is no different. You address the table the same way on every shot, hold the cue the same on every shot, your pre-shot routine is the same (or should be) on every shot and your follow through is the same on every shot. I hope this helps you out.
@@Amateur_Pool man your on the struggle bus. The game comes on goes and working makes it hard to get time to stay in stroke. You’ll get back on point sooner or later.

LOL, right! That's a good excuse!
Stroke: you’re punching the cue. You’re pulling your cue back. You may be happier if you follow through. It seems to come and go.
For sure.. I actually mentioned that in this video.. my number 1 problem right now
@@Amateur_Pool sorry , i wrote it in the first 5 minutes of the video. (a day late and a dollar short.)
@Michael-mp8hh lol... all good my man. I appreciate the help
Another great match and video. Looking forward to the next one!
Thank you!
Good set. I like watching how other players pattern their run out.
Thank you sir! Is this Alex Olinger? If so, I'd love to get you in a set for the channel!
Lil Timmy sez "Lil Joshie" issa good name fer ya! I concur.
@@jayl8034 😂
Try the slip stroke, its awesome and will fix many issues you mentioned and its considered the most accurate.

It is harder, for sure. Seems like we're busier in the summer.
“i wish” skee-lo
Exactly! Lol
You were certainly shooting 10 months ago.
@15:00 It hits in spurts. It goes up and down.
Lol
Labor day b4o
Thanks... I couldn't remember! LOL
If you have central air just open up your basement ducks, that’s what I do. I have no smell issues. No moisture it’s always perfect down there.
no central air! I have a couple of floor units that I use upstairs. I need to get central air

You’ve been tough to watch lately my friend 😅 but I’m sticking with you
Because of my bad shooting? Either way, thanks for sticking through it!
