5:36 Vietnam has a professional pool player who sells cues. He often Break & Run with the cues before he sells to customers to bring them good luck. That's why the boy asked you to play his cue, you’re so amazing man 👏👏

Pretty cool! Thank you :)
Really love this POV video! So helpful to see exactly your set up and execution for each shot. Thank you!
Love seeing a video showing tip placement. A huge thanks for sharing Max!
Great video, great choice of music and I love the first person view. You keep everything so simple, minimal spin and draining everything 👍
Stellar video Max, thanks for updating that GoPro and showing us the best HD POV you SOB :) I just learned about Harold, seemed like a hell of a guy. Glad you got one of his shafts, hope you win lots with it!
This is an incredible video...learned more watching this than 50 videos together...🔥🔥🔥
Really great video Max. I wish there had been your running commentary, telling what you were thinking on each shot, but if there had to be just music, the selection was, for the most part, pretty good. These surprise videos are one of the great features of a Pro Pool Academy membership.
Thanks for this!🎉
Very nice. Welcome to Vietnam and hope you enjoy it!
Great shooting Max. You sure impressed the young men on the next table!
Great stuff as always Max, you're the best! The HD GoPro picture is perfect. (PPA Member, and still learning lots from you)
Great to hear! Thanks😎👊👍🏆
Thanx a mil . POV gives more lessons than any book or word advice could give. I salute you and your music. Best tutorial ever Mr EBERLE.
Thank Sir, that helps me improve my aiming ❤
I've been waiting for a POV for months ❤ !
Thanks for your patience... more on the way!
the best pov i've ever seen ! awesome
Thanks!
Please do more stroke cam videos they really help to see where you are hitting the cue ball!
Hello bro , i like your video, i hadbeen take picture so many aiming ball. ^^! Helpful. Thanks so much , hope you more videos .
Fantastic video and beautiful playing. Subscribed. I hope to get to play you one day.
Simply Awesome POV! So immersive and instructional. Can you produce a 1-hour extended remix, please? ;)
loving the video style and great looking pool room!
Glad you love it!
I don't know if you ever read these comments, but I'd love hearing your commentary on your shots while you're playing them. It would help your viewers to understand why you're playing the shots like you do. I'm fairly knowledgeable about pool, but I can always learn more about the game.
Great video man, loved it. What are you using to get the pov? I'd like to record my practice sessions and spot my flaws. Thanks!
really love POV. it will help me to image how your aim systems. do you have old playing cue which can give it away by any chance?
We need you in the Mosconi cup Max. Please give us your best run and get on that team!
great video
best POV ive seen
Welcome :) Hope you enjoy our hospitality.
It's so nice to watch you play from this perspective. I feel like I learned from just watching this, more than from any other RUclips video.
Could watch these all day!
Great video, Max!!
Thanks brutha!!
What cue is that? (Your cue) thanks for all your videos and sharing knowledge of the game. 👍👍
Awesome stuff, Max. Your stroke is so good and on point. New subscriber here.
Greetings from Denmark. /Chris.
With that bad positioning? Lol gotta be a banger
4:03 nice break
very relaxed comfy looking chairs on the side...nice shooting max,i love your videos
Thanks Eric!
@@MaxEberle max, joe rogan is a nice pool player plus pod casts talking about general topics is great
Great session Max! Your video provides a perfect example of the importance of solid mechanics to have any hope of consistency in our game.
Thanks David! Sure helps doesn't it? Your mechanics are pretty solid.
Great
If I played with that guy’s cue, he’d have to throw it away!!
Really enjoying being a student in your academy. What cue setup are you currently using? Brand? Tip? Shaft Diameter? Shaft brand?
Smashed twice. Thanks!
Thanks!!
Now that is a practice room for the competitors!! Wake up USA
We need more great room owners in the USA don't we?
@MaxEberle Absolutely! I love what you do Max. I'm a fellow Ohioan. I know all the boys in the buckeye state that ya know. Win a big one for us Max! We r all pulling for ya
great
Bạn đánh bida hay quá tôi xem mà cứ xem đi xem lại rất nhiều lần và học đc nhiều từ bạn cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều
Thank you! You’re very welcome
I noticed when you shot the seven ball you didn't use a final stroke, it looked like you push stroked the shot, did you do this for more accuracy?
Are you playing mostly top/bottom center ball? It looks like you hardly use side spin. I take it this helps with more consistent cueball control?
very good, Your skills are great
Thank you! Cheers!
Hope to see you in Ho Chi Minh city Max. There's also a lot of nice pool halls there
Love this POV angle. If only all pool matches were filmed this way! Thanks for sharing.
What glove is that btw?
Thanks! I actually was the first guy doing these. I had the vision decades ago and everyone started copying me, but that's because it's a great idea! I'm using a TALON GLOVE, no longer in production sadly... based out of Mansfield, Ohio....
3:25 that boys reaction with your shot were priceless 😂
Wauv, close to every shot has side spin. And you rarely go to check the pocket line before shooting the balls. It is truly impressive to watch... I do the opposite I check the pocket line before every shot and I rarely add any side spin.
tks y
That's me playing? 👑
great video, btw do you need someone to practice with =)))
You play like a pro
Max i went to the link in your description for propoolacademy. It says there are hours of content but there are no sample clips to see what you will be buying. I dont mind spending money but when you have no idea what your buying it makes it kinda hard to pull the trigger and buy it. can you show me a sample or something? Do you offer Zoom lessons or is it all pre recorded videos?
Great video, I hate rooms like this though, waay to bright, especially when you had a couple beers hahaha
Looks familiar but pretty awesome to see it in video. Good video. Very consistent. Almost robotic like. Best I ever did was 6 racks run in 9 ball.
What looks familiar?
@@MaxEberleyour video
Looks familiar when I’m playing. That’s what I see but I’ve never seen it thru a video like yours. Nice video. Thx
The way you aim looks so easy yet very accurate. May I ask how do you aim sir? Do you use any aiming system? Thanks in advance :D
Yes I use a combination of aiming systems and explain them and more on my website and books... propoolacademy.com The main system I use is the eclipse system and the stop, drop, and shoot system...
I like
Bro you’re too good, share me some of your power

Great video. Is the color of that felt Simonis shark gray ?
Thank you! Yes I believe it is
What an incredible pool hall
Yes it is! Another video coming out soon showing more of it and the entrance...
@@MaxEberle Just a random curious question, by any chance do you know how much they charge by the hour to play on those beautiful diamond tables? Thanks for the video!
for diamondd tables its 8,5usd an hour ( there are also many sales off program like about 30%) plus very enthusiast staff @@francescosergio951

@@francescosergio951 9$/h on diamond table. Half the price on peri table
What kind of cue and shaft are you playing with?
nice bro, thank you for this video. did you enjoy my country Vietnam?
Yes very much enjoyed it! Thank you
wow he is good
Watching this video I get the idea you never miss, lol, so is this the case, or are you editing?
3:10 nice cut 😮😮
Max, can you provide any information on the Go pro head camera you’re using?
GoPro 11
9:38 Wow!
What shaft are you using? Is it low deflection? What brand? Thank u
This shaft is OPTIMUS by Harold Prine, it's not that low deflection but a great shaft... I sold it to a good friend. The butt is a Scott Gracio custom cue... amazing hit! Gracio makes a carbon shaft now too which is very nice....
His cue is now "lucky" lmao, but hey, whatever works!
It's a Vietnamese thing
Haha right?!
@@HillbillyIslandLifenah i dont think it's about luck. Vnese is not good at English, maybe he wanna check is his cue good enough to run out? But his vocab is not enough to describe. I'm Vnese
@@jinkyong467 Goy ya, wants to make sure the cue is not broken lol
Haha, it's called blessings. I would do the same if I meet any pro players tbh
When was this Max? Im from hochiminh city Vietnam and really hope to see u play
Thanks Quan, this was early November after the Hanoi Open...
@@MaxEberle if u have a chance to get back to Vietnam let me know so I can bring my cue for u to play to get the luck :))
See u on Don Lounge
what cue are you using?
My suggestion is to add the Neffex song, so you don't get bored watching it
what cue are u using:0
In VietNam?
No entiendo mucho el inglés y me gustan sus vídeos pero( hago lo q veo y aun así me ganan )
One person commented he didn't like the music.
I think the music is fine but the flashing lights on the floor might get to you eventually.
Are those eight or nine foot tables ?
The gopro causes the light to flash in the video but not in real life when you're there.... 9 foot Diamond tables.
@@MaxEberle
I can see they have some really good kick ass players there.
I think you're probably one of them.

Hi Max, we have a mutual friend in Los Angeles (SK). Wish I got to meet you when you were out here. What’s your tip of choice?
SK? as in Sutherland? I've been loving the Zan Hybrid Max tip...

That first shot with running side, looks like you are aiming way too thick but obviously not
How do you feel about Viet Nam?
It’s awesome!
In video (idk irl) but the stroke seems to strict, really smooth it out
Could be... thanks
@MaxEberle I'm all for positive criticism I think that's what's truly makes a player better but you are a really good one to start with so keep it up

Man, as a local Vietnamese teenager, I would love to play billiards for once, but billiards pubs in Vietnam (or at least in my area, with karaoke rooms as well) are said to be related to gangsters, illegal gambling, drugs, prostitutions, etc., that many people would avoid. I haven’t dared to step in for once in my life.

Drop prejudge attitude and went to a club for once before saying stuff like this.
Do as your parents say while still under there supervision. When you are old enough to do as you want, go play pool but don't take part in the undesirable activities you might find in a pool room. Most importantly do as your parents want.

What’s the deal with all the guys with no shoes?
Pool is popular in Vietnam now. It’s casually enough to play with barefoot for the most comfortable feeling.
