We have some movement outside of the Etihad Stadium in preparation for the North Stand expansion and the erection of a new club shop, museum, bars, eating establishments and more. Plus the Co-Op Arena near completion too! We also get first plans for a new £10m training complex for the City women's team. What are you most excited to see at the Etihad Campus?
Money! 💶! If City are to remain at the top of tree internationally elite squads are eye-wateringly expensive to maintain. City need to exercise every sinew at warp-speed producing income streams, footballing and non-footballing, just to be competitive.
What is happening with the boat service? There is a boat service, restaurant (licensed) of two narrowboats from central Mcr, including the Spanish Steps(?) to utd's ties on the Bridgwater (no locks). The same company were looking to provide a service to City's ties on the Ashton (six locks). With the Co-op Arena opening too, this was a would seem to make it doubly attractive.

Museum ? With only 10 years history 😂
All looking good, so far 👌
Certainly is mate
At this rate the Metrolink is going to have to be upgraded. It won’t be able to handle the crowds.
The best club ever
Reading between the lines we wouldn’t be spending millions on an expansion if we were going to be booted to the non League.

Anybody know how the construction will incorporate the existing roof support structures and wires into it ? Thanks
are they doing a fan zone at Etihad and think they should do something with old gas tower
Last I heard the old gasholder tower's are due for demolition ... i think work to do that is already underway.
Fanzone is being built yes. The gas tower is being taken down, not sure what will happen with the land though
