I am Mongolian and now living in Japan. After watching this video, I made this tea in my dormitory room. All ingredients, borts, ghee, millet, dry tea is from my home country. Milk and salt is from Japan.
Oh my goodness. Tastes sooo good. I am sure that, I will sleep much better tonight. 😀

Seven minutes in, I think we saw some TEA for a second! So far, this is looking like creamed chipped beef, formerly a popular dish in the US, served on toasted bread as a kind of gravy. Well, we've all seen tea with milk in it, but I've never even heard of tea with MEAT in it! The chef seems to know what she's doing, so let's just stay with it. This does make me want to go to Mongolia, I have to say.

      It is good fat.
Nothing like the crap westerners eat.
There are good fats and bad fats.
Bad ones come from processed foods and saturaded fats. Butter being the worst because it contains preservatives and unnatural salts.
      Those are bad for you.
Clean animal fats mean no preservatives, hormones, antibiotics or steroids. Natural fats such as tallow, lard and ghee (or shar-tos in this case) are cleaner.
      Much healthier to eat.
Especially since Mongolians have to have a good diet of rich animal fats, dairy and proteins.
The weather is extremely harsh and vegetation is difficult to cultivate.
      Stop criticizing them for SURVIVING.
Something veggie bois are too weak to understand: SURVIVAL.

I wouldn’t be passing judgement on others who are different from you, because there could be things with your country’s cuisine that may be weird or strange to the rest of the world too. Based off your name, I know you’re Hindu of some kind and I am familiar with that culture. There are many things we think are weird and strange about your food and culture too but I will be respectful and not say them. Please be humble and kind to one another. We are all human, despite our differences.

@WarPaint 47 technically the term bacon originally referred to the weird ham stuff the canadians make and it's everyone else who uses it wrong, but the overall point still stands.
