I will never forget the day Conway died. He was going to be performing in Branson Missouri and I had front row seats for the show. Him and Sam were insanely talented.
OMG...I actually have this on cd...I am a Georgia girl born and bred...I ❤ it sooooo much...I hope you and others enjoy it as I have through out the years!!! Thanks for doing this....such a big ☺ on my face! And Sam....WOW....STILL GET CHILLS, AND WE HAVEN'T EVEN GOT TO CONWAY!!!!
This was his last video. I love Conway. He is in my top 5 of male Country Music Artist. I remember the day he died. It broke my heart. Great reaction!!!
The album this is from, "Rhythm, Country & Blues" is definitely worth a listen. There is a great collab between Patti Labelle and Travis Tritt, "If something is wrong with my baby" that you will love.
There are not enough like buttons for this song and them, listened to it a thousand times and never get tired of it and can put it on repeat for a while....the album it is from is AH-MAZING down to the last note....Thanks for this...
It's great how they videoed the whole recording session and managed to turn it into a music video by moving the footage around. It may be the last thing Conway Twitty recorded. He died before it was released.
Great song, love it. I remember it most, cause back in the day when this album came out we had one of those huge satalite dishes, and there was this channel on it called “Much Music” and they would play music videos and had a phone number you could order the album. Brings back memories
I’ve never heard this song sung by these two people. Of course I’ve heard of Conway Twitty, but not Sam Moore. I am used to the version by Brook Benton. But this is lovely. I often am biased towards the artist I heard first, but I’m enjoying this redition very much. Another duet by two great artists is Baby Grand by Billy Joel and Ray Charles. I highly recommend it! 😊
Conway was 59 when he passed from a stomach aneurysm ( blood vessel rupture). Check out Sam singing with Jimmy Barnes a Sam and Dave song "Soothe Me". Jimmy was 66 and Sam was 86. Released 2022. Sam still can belt it out.
AB, Sam of the duet Sam and Dave were a R&B duo . Sadly Sam (Moore) and Dave (Prater) 'didn't get along and parted ways in 1970'. I would say that the songs Hold on I'm Coming, Soul Man and Gimme Some Lovin' were their three most famous songs.
ABtheKreator, I am retired Army and have lost 4 brothers in Arms to suicide since November and it would mean a lot if you could react to "Soldiers Memoir" by Joe Bachman in their memory?
I think a great artist for you to check out is Clay Walker i love his music and think he has an amazing voice; his song (Then What) is a good one, dont think i have seen him on the channel yet but he's great, anyways enjoy the content much Respect 🔥
this song is from a compilation called "Rhythm, Country and Blues" ... the whole album is FIRE
Amen...it is pure gold
Yesssss this song and the duet with Vince gill / Gladys Knight are my favorite. Ain’t nothing like the real thing”
Two great singers! Their voices are pure gold🤗

Simply a great song written by Tony Joe White, played by some great musicians, and sung beautifully by two legends...
Thank you, this whole CD, Rhythm, Country and Blues, is awesome.
Ladies losing their walkers🤣🤣🤣 - these artists were new to me, happy to discover their beautiful voices
I have this cd, Country Rhythm and Blues. It's full of great duets

That was one of of the Best I've heard in a while.

Two of the best having the time of their lives entertaining us. Thanks guys!
Fell in love with this the first time I heard it many years ago.
This was a real treat, 2 music legends.

I love this guy, and it was a wonderful arrangement for the duo. Thanks for the request, and more for the reaction. Beautiful.
"I'd Love To Lay You Down". My favorite Conway Twitty song
This is the kind of song where you light candles, pour a glass of wine and then just sink into it.
Thank you for this. I didn't know I needed it.
❤
This project was awesome. There's also a duet with Gladys Knight and Vince Gill and
Al Green and Lyle Lovett
A match made in heaven.❤
That was amazing
Anything by Conway Twitty is great,
This song will always be a classic
Oh, AB, you should react to this by Brook Benton! I've loved this for many years . . . soothing, sweet, and sensual.
This was Conway's final time in a recording studio.
Great song, love it. I remember it most, cause back in the day when this album came out we had one of those huge satalite dishes, and there was this channel on it called “Much Music” and they would play music videos and had a phone number you could order the album. Brings back memories
There are so many of Conway and Loretta you need to check out
Brilliant!

You can't go wrong with Conway Twitty you should react to some of the songs with Loretta Lynn😊
This was on the Country and Soul cd!
❤❤❤❤❤

I can't sleep by Clay Walker is amazing as well
So late to this ! WAS THAT HOWARD STERN in the booth?
I was todays years old when i learned that Tina Turner wasnt the singer in this song. Lol.
I’m glad you appreciate one of my favorite songs of all time, but Brook Benton’s version is the best.
Why can’t we go back where the music was cool and the cars were bad!!
