that’s an issue I always bring up to my dad. he wants me to present him with facts and i’m like dude this isn’t researched enough. I research all the time and my main resources is other trans people. and your videos bring me a lot of peace. there’s not a lot of documentation about non-binary people on t so to see your videos and relate makes me feel seen🧡
Have you ever experienced migraines before? I get migraines due to hormonal fluctuations, especially when estrogen levels very suddenly drop off, which happens around your period. My migraines start 2-3 days before my period/ovulation and end after about a week. Mine arent headache related, they manifest through other neurological symptoms which sound very similar to what you experienced last month. I get intense waves of nausea, hot and cold flashes, vertigo, dizziness, confusion, and occasionally tingling in my extremities. Migraines are not a just headache disorder but an overall neurological deregulation problem, some kinds (like abdominal migraines) can have zero head pain at all and are often misdiagnosed as other things.
Huh, that's super interesting. I've had one headache-style migraine in my life, but I didn't know they could manifest in other ways. I've also read about people getting more of them after starting T, so this might make a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for this video and series of video, this is very helpful for me. Looking forward to hearing about your video on anxiety- Claire weekes work was a very important part in helping me to recover from insomnia.
Hi do you have a Instagram or tiktok? I tried finding you but couldn’t. I’m almost one month on low dose T and just wanted to ask you a couple questions 🤷🏻

Wow your voice is way lower! 😄 - came here from your 3 month update
Haha, it's kind of wild! Sometimes I forget how much it's changed until I look back on old videos or recordings.
