You explained very nice but you did mistake. there are four types of method of starting in three phase induction motor .first one is is direct online starter. second one auto transformer starter. third one star to delta starter and 4th one. rotor resistance starter

There are some more methods also, but in general we study these three . I will explain more methods of starting in electrical drives series.
