Bro I have a question
We know that in star connection the phase current are equal to line current. So when we connect the starter in star connection so current is high accordance to Iph=IL

Same doubt bro. In star connection the current is same only voltage is reduced in each phase.
I think he wanted to say that low voltage is fed using star connection to let it start, then upon running condition the delta configuration takes places meaning the voltage is now peaked. And motor can run it's desired speed.
