    Another great video mate. I spent years struggling with my PE and trying to hide it away from the world. Eventually I just got fed up with feeling shit all the time about how my chest looks and so I decided to try and accept it instead. Now I rock around with my chest out for everyone to see and don’t give a f#@k about what people might think. I like what you said about embracing your PE as a point of difference, that’s such a powerful way to change your mindset around it 🙌

    Hey.. Brother iam 18 now iam having PE can I cure from workouts like this..with out doing surgery..

      I would say cure in the way your thinking, but it will make you happy with yourself and therefor happy with your chest, which is better than any cure 🙏

      It won’t cure it rlly but it if you mean the visual way then yes u can by building muscle but u can’t actually get rid of it but build enough muscle and it’ll barley be noticeable. Ik u didn’t rlly ask me but just wanted to give a heads up

    Sir, i have mild pectus excavatum. I have to undergo Australia visa medical test. Will i fit in the test? Is there any problem?

    at least you don't got rib flare, that makes pectus 1000% worse.

      I definitely do brother. I just do a lot of work for managing it 🙏 and a lot of work for Pectus in general
