After some hard months where I did not feel like myself - this was my need to get it out and move on. Sometimes we don't feel like ourselves, and that nobody knows what we truly feel inside. The worst part is when we don't know ourselves for a secund. Luckily, I have my dance and I am so thankful for music, dance and this people that wanted to share this with me through dancing, talking and listening to each others about life, feelings and reflections. This is therapy.
