weight is easier to get off of yourself if you fail that's one thought :P

Knowledge is power. The Incline Bench Press is my favorite chest exercise. I don't even flat. Great tutorial guys.

Really awesome instructional! The leg drive he talked about when timed well will also help protect the shoulder's. I was always horrible at incline and any time I got around 330lbs I would get injured. Learning how to tuck my arms, use leg drive and use a pause has safely pushed my incline over 400lbs. The pause would be worse on my shoulders without leg drive. With leg drive it all Dial's in.

I always knew that a stronger incline bench press meant a stronger flat bench press but I never really took the time to do incline instead I do incline pushups to replace that movement hoping that when I get into the gym i can just move a big number

I learned something new from a guy at my gym that helped his bench go up and I just started to do it. Pull ups but weighted pull ups but not close grip but wide. It makes sense cause when I did wide I felt the area in my back that I flex when ever I go super heavy. I haven’t gotten to do weighted yet cause I still need to be able to do pull ups lmao

Elbows slightly turned in. Visualize bending the bar when holding it in start position. This will keep elbows turned in slightly , placing u in correct form for optimal pressing strength.
