Ingredients 材料：
Steamed egg 蒸鸡蛋:
3 eggs 3个鸡蛋
300 ml water 300毫升水
3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 茶匙盐
Minced pork ingredients 肉碎的用料:
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce 1/2 汤匙生抽
1 teaspoon oyster sauce 1 茶匙蚝油
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine 1汤匙绍兴酒
2 tablespoons, 30 ml water 2 汤匙，30毫升水
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1/2 茶匙 玉米淀粉
3-4 tablespoon neutral cooking oil 3-4汤匙食用油
3-4 cloves garlic, minced 3-4 瓣大蒜，切碎
100 grams minced pork 100克肉碎
pinch of sugar 少许糖
Garnish 装饰：
