Would you be willing to share detailed blueprints on that amazing dough sheeter? Or even construct one for sale?
So I ended up making this roller but a little more versatile. I used bolts, steel brackets, washers and wing nuts to adjust the height. Instead of a PVC pipe I used system that allows the top bracket to be removed and a rolling pin to be inserted and removed for easier cleaning. My stainless steel rolling pin has no flex so the thickness of the dough is always the same. I also cut out a thin stainless steel sheet and glued it to the rolling surface. My device is now 100% food safe and it cost me under $40 AUD to build it. Thanks for the inspiration, I have saved so many hours because of my roller!

I am curious, when you turn the crank, I understand why the board moves. It looks like the roller also rolls, even when it's not rolling something and doesn't seem to be touching anything. Is it somehow connected to the crank?
looks cool. im a fan of crafty stuff, always have been. gotta be honest, that looks like its way too time consuming and bit too much effort. I beleive an electrical version ei lasagna noodle maker is a better option

, all materials are accessible , easy repair and maintenance, wood pvc pipe, few bolts and nut etc..... This is easy to make and cheap. The Author need to reply to people and sell the product first to locals.
Brilliant transit mechanism, but would suggest you clean up the roller before you start manufacturing your patties. You might consider wrapping it in a urethane sheet. I would also add to the travel of your dough. Thanks for sharing this! Doug
