Good recipe... Everything which is used here to make the briyani is available at home only... He didn't used any biryani masala... He only used the real and amazing Indian spices... Loved it.....
@Frida..it's prestige brand..the cooking appliances special..but if you need more taste Nd aroma..use clay pots...not terracotta made..clay made only..
Kanu Sharma so the uneven coating of rice, with some bieng plane does not affect the overall taste?? Or can i mix the rice with vegetable with masala before hand instead layering?.
