Jt brought his turbo LS swapped OBS Chevy truck out to record. I saw his truck at a dig meet and I thought it was cool so I had to talk to him. Of course anything 90’s and sleeper Sh*t box I’m all game for. This truck gets down. We did a dig on wastegate because we didn’t use prep but as you can see in the races on here it works very well. It was built in a barn and has been in the family for year. Plus it does some of the longest burnouts I’ve seen.
I LOVE this type of build, mechanically solid, daily driver looking from the outside. Nice job Man!

@@mr.bigblock1316 it’s been a while ago when I rode in this truck and filmed it so I don’t recall. But I know it went straight. But I always run bias ply and bias ply on my mustang. I don’t mix them because like you said it could sway and get sketchy. I don’t remember what tires he ran in the front or psi.

Same. It rolls out. Pretty simple setup. Doesn’t make a ton of power but he’s got it down. Jt built a hell of a truck for the street.

Well this was cool to run across, I have the same truck, Same color, Only it's a 6.0 4l80e 14 bolt 6 lug Detroit true track, little bigger turbo and 9"lift. I can't freaking wait to get the turbo on and tuned 🤤 just a few more parts away 🤩

@@shaneomatic91 I wish" But I don't off road enough to justify a solid axle swap. I did rob the front and reared diff off the 2500HD doner truck, But it will need an air locker in the front to be tough-ish # small pockets so not installed yet, But I have made the modifications for it to fit. 👍

I had to ask him about it because I couldn’t remember. He said It’s a trick turbo intercooler believe it’s considered a 3.5inch.
I called trick performance and they said they can weld on a v bands on the exhaust side should I get that done thanks

@shaneomatic9188 Lol! I didn't know eBay stuff was cheap. I just looked at a supercharger for my SUV on eBay, and it sure wasn't cheap. Maybe some stuff, but to me, it looked like he had control arms and some more up under the truck. I don't think it was cheap. If you got the connections on small block stuff, let me know because I'm in need of a few things.

It seems you don't understand the definition of budget. Budget doesn't mean cheap. Budget is what a person has set aside to spend on a project. I could have a budget of 30k to spend on a 5k vehicle. That's my budget, that's what I have set aside to modify my vehicle. You're confusing budget with cheap.
