Good shit Aryan. It's like "tough love for 3D artists". I've been doing 3D art professionally for almost 20 years and one the best things I can advise is to learn how to communicate with your clients, particularly how to make them feel that they money they are paying for your work will make them more money in return. Also, know how to take constructive feedback from the client (and how to differentiate it from useless feedback that will waste your time). Lots of people expect things to just work out for them and don't want to put in the work to make things happen for them. Lots of talent goes to waste that way. Glad to see someone telling them that it's not going to be easy, but if they put in the work it will pay off for them.

I don't think so. I don't have too much blender skills but I can understand pretty clearly, at this point, that Arijan, Thomas Colin and PzThree are really good at what they do, just like I have enough competence to understand that others teachers, like Blender Bros, don't have any clue when it comes to sophisticated sub d modelling. If you want to say that Arijan is a bad modeller you should explain why his modelling technique is weak and not talk about the industry.
