Had the same problem. I applied a bit of plumber tape around the bit of the container that sticks in the machine. Seems to be working fine for the moment.
For my case, it seems as though the female part of the base machine where the water tank inserts has a seal that gets worn/moved/etc which leads to that connection leaking. I wasn't confident I could move/replace that ring without damage, so instead focusing on the water tank male end that gets inserted into the base I used 2 O-Rings first a P12 (11.8 x 2.4mm) then a P11 (10.8 x 2.4mm).
Ours started to leak after 2 months. I took off the water container and pushed down the spot where the water goes into, I drained all the water out of machine. It took a while to do. Once I put the water container back on, it did not leak.
I just bought a few rubber o-rings from the sink and faucet section at Lowe’s. I used a combination of 3 pieces of 2 different sizes fitted on the male piece of the water tank. Seems to be working just fine now
it happened to me as well, I was able to solve it: I applied a "O ring" rubber gasket at the base of the sink, where is the connection with the machine. you can buy the "O ring" gaskets in all the warehouses. I hope this comment will help.
Bruno - can you provide some additional details? Did you just add an O ring or did you remove the current rubber ring in there and replace it? What size O ring did you use? Thanks!
I had the same problem and I was able to fix it. The problem is coming from the damaged silicon rubber ring in the water inlet (where the water tank is connected). It was damaged during the cleaning process using vinegar, and you cannot tell if it is damaged by the look. Unfortunately the BabyBrezza does not sell the silicon rubber ring as a part. I have purchased a 'food grade' Silicone Sealant and pasted it to the outside of rubber ring. After 24 hours, I had put the rubber ring back and it was perfectly fixed. Pulling out the rubber ring is a little tricky and use a very small minus driver. Hope this helps...
I'm here because I was just doing the monthly maintenance and the spring in the reservoir popped out when I was rinsing it and now I can't get it back in lol oh and its 3 months old. Yayy!!
@@paulinap.7263 I figured it out! Can't remember how but it was frustrating. It's been 4 months since I posted my comment and the machine has been slowly giving up, ei: clean it thoroughly and it sounds like the pump has no oomph behind it. I had an error warning pop up. We boxed it up last night because I can't be bothered to send it away to be fixed. We spent $200 on it and 8 months in, it might as well go in the trash. I'm an old school mom of 6, I thought it'd make things easier.
I ended up doing a warranty claim. This video was actually part of the process (they require video evidence). They sent me a 'new' replacement, which had an error and never worked. I did not bother following up as I don't have the energy or time to continue to communicate and gather video evidence for their RMA process. I'd suggest doing a warranty claim and hope you get a better replacement than I did. I think it's a cool product but has some quality issues. Good luck!

Where do you put the o-ring on the tank itself or on the machine?

THANK YOU, SOOOOO MUCH YOU HELPED ME FIX OUR BREZZA SO I COULD USE IT FOR MY SECOND BABY I HAD 2 MONTHS AGO
Where did you get the Silicone at
Thanks - will try this.
Which part is the inlet? Do I have to purchase the whole back part tank?
Can you make a video on how to fix it please 😅
Same problem here. Cannot find that silicone ring seal part anywhere.
It comes off within the water tank. If not, you would need to purchase a new water tank on their website. They don't sell it seperately

The same thing *just* happened to me, have you figured out a fix??
Did you fix it? I did the same thing today too!!!

Please see my other reply... Basically a warranty claim was required.
