Bryan Kohberger Judge Slams Attorneys for Fighting in Court: ‘Tone it Down!’

- During a hearing over Genetic Genealogy evidence in the Idaho Murders case, Judge John Judge stopped the attorneys at one point frustrated with their courtroom behavior. “Tone it down,” Judge Judge said. “When it starts to be personal, it starts to be destructive." Bryan Kohberger is awaiting trial for the alleged murders of Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Kaylee Goncalves.

It’s actually Billy Boy who’s the issue. How you cannot see that BK is being steamrolled and the college is covering up nefarious activity that night is beyond me. It’s BKs death penalty case. He waived his right to a speedy trial. Tell BILL to send over the discovery in full. He claims they have 95% at one point then says “we’re still waiting for the rest hopefully September” at another. BK has rights. He arrested BK with cellphone data but BK can’t use his own expert with cellphone data to prove his innocence? Bill is trying to say that BKs phone location after and before the crime doesn’t matter, but it does. If his phone was too far away to make it there or back and the timing doesn’t match, that’s a big deal ! MPD and the Greek system are involved and the crime happened at 2-3am not 4am.

Keep it simple Judge Judge. Start over. Ask for the evidence referenced in the PCA to be shown immediately. If that can’t be shown, ask why should you hold this man in jail

The prosecution is the problem. Not AT. Corrupt Bill thinks he runs the court room. They arrested and want to convict BK with cellphone data but he can’t use cellphone data for his defense?! Insane. They have repeatedly broken laws. Why is the prosecutor even on this case? Once it was found out he was threatening people and sending the FBI out to scare people he should of been yanked.

Why is this case so complicated - so many hearings and so many demands by the defence other murder trials don’t have all this constant goings on and hearings, so why ??? Does any one know ?
Because the state is withholding evidence that they say identified him. They aren't turning over all of the evidence and that's shady. A defendant has the right to see all of the evidence the government says they have.

Are you for real?? The state is the one who is refusing to reply to motions and won't give over states evidence - AT will win in the supreme Court. There's no way she can't.
The state knows all these delays are upsetting the potential jury pool which plays well for them. They have little to no evidence in the affidavit or they would have shown it by now.
