- While Jennifer McCabe, the sister-in-law of Brian Albert, was testifying in Karen Read's trial, the state presented photos of the defendant's damaged car, which showed multiple dents in the back. Surveillance video footage showing Karen Read getting out of the same car featured in the photos was also shown to the jury.

The missing video is pretty boring Just shows a guy with some kind of hammer busting up a taillight. We have all seen hammers before.
Sure they're showing pictures of her car but the guy was 6 ft how did she hit him in the head. He has no injuries on any other part of his body except his head in his arm. It doesn't make sense

Yes the Albert's & McCabes are guilty and the FBI has confirmed already two critical pieces of information. The search on the phone how long to die in the cold was done at 2:27 a.m. so Jen McCabe did lie on the stand and she made that search in the middle of the night well before John's body was found. Also, they reconstructed the crime and found he did not have injuries consistent with being hit by a car. His face was beaten and his arm was attacked by a dog. There is way more evidence than that but I don't feel like typing it out. She is factually innocent

It makes sense to me that she might be thinking he could be at another woman’s house. She had just caught him kissing another woman New Year’s Eve just recently before this night. She’s rightfully upset about that behavior in her boyfriend and suspicious for not coming home. That’s why she’s upset. She doesn’t think he’s dead at this point.

How are the dog scratches explained. If he’s hit with the car as she pulls away, then the people in the house let the dog out and the dog goes and tries to rescue him, scratching his arm?

Not at all they are not scratches they are dog bites. What people don't understand is when a dog bites once or twice they will puncture you. However if they actually attack you and especially if you have long sleeves on like a long sleeve even a loose thin shirt, if they are not trained to bite deep and hard, they will have a soft bite and lose grip and it will continually rebite and they shake and tear at your arm causing you to look like you have stab wounds. So those cuts are actually dog attack marks and they are 100% consistent with what I have personally seen from dog attacks and what American standard canine on attorney Melanie Littles RUclips channel will show you

In the first place it was the back of his head so that doesn't make sense and secondly the back tire would have ran over his legs and there's nothing on his legs or his torso so again that doesn't make sense either. He would have had to been sitting with his back towards the tail light first had to get damaged in that area and he would have had some sort of scrapes on his back from the bumper still doesn't make any sense

You only need to look at the photos of Johns injuries to know that a SUV didn’t kill him.
Only photos I saw was the dog scratches on his arm no other injury photos.

That's actually a lot more damage than I expected. Karen told Jennifer McCabe on the phone before picking her up to go back to Farview that same morning that she had a broken tail light. The police didn't break it as some have said in the comments. Looks like she hit something! Were the pieces in JO's driveway or at the scene? If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it's a duck! Or a hit and run, maybe too drunk to know she hit him. That part idk yet. But she's not being framed.
Yes!!! Finally, a rational person with common sense in these comments. It is so frustrating the amount of misinformation on these channels about this case. Most of them are jumping on the conspiracy theory cover up narrative in order to get likes and subs bc the crazy is what sells and makes them more money. It's clear she hit him. I just hope the jury focuses on the actual facts and evidence in this trial and that they aren't influenced in any way by all the misinformation and noise that is swirling around Canton and social media.

No they did not find glass at the scene the night John was found, no glass on his clothes and no glass in his wounds. It was found days later.
The part you “don’t know yet” is the entire part. Did she reverse into John’s head at deadly speeds in the snow and ice within 15 feet giving blunt force to the head, bruised knuckles, and lacerations to his arm ?
@@basicallyno1722 the glass was found, when the snow melted. If the snow covered John, the snow also covered the glass. He could have rolled around trying to get up before succumbing to his injuries moving farther away from the glass. That could have happened and would make sense. My point is the glass was found at Fairview, not JO's driveway. It all lines up as evidence tends to do. It's not some crazy cover up. Karen hit him. Was it intentional? We may never know that.

Reminds me of the case where the author beat his wife with a poker and threw her down the stairs and said she fell. She was beat up really bad so it was obvious it wasn’t just a fall.
The amount of drunk driving that was going on is actually mind boggling. It really does sound like she truly did not remember what happened the night before, but questioning whether or not she had hit him with her car is just so strange, if she truly was saying that. This whole case is 🫤😓

The back of Karen's suv, the so-called shattered tail light, doesn't match up with JO injuries. It just doesn't! The police work on this investigation is shotty at best! And when i initially heard of this case, I'll admit i thought she was probably guilty UNTIL i started watching the trial. Then my mind was changed fairly quickly.

Thing is any normal person who has a boyfriend that doesn't come home, and is not guilty of anything isn't going to go to the friends house screaming, I think she's guilty, she was drunk and mad and just took off. It was dark, snowing, and his body was way towards the neighbors house nobody was looking for anybody, and he was covered with snow. Unfortunately there is lots of KR supporters and her attorneys will get her off of this but she did this and she should take responsibility for her actions and choices on the night.
