- Sergeant Yuri Bukhenik continued to testify Thursday morning in the boyfriend cop murder trial, where he was asked questions about the Ring camera footage during cross-examination by defense attorney Alan Jackson. The Ring camera footage shows Karen Read backing into another car, which could have caused her car's rear light to be broken. Read is currently on trial for the alleged murder of her boyfriend, John O'Keefe.

Judge is biased and has a conflict of interest regarding one of the Albert brothers whom she previously defended.
She is allowing the prosecution to waste weeks and weeks and is not going to allow the defense the same time allowance to present their case. She shouldnt be on the bench with such an obv disregard for the very system she is meant to uphold.

She seems annoyed to be there. The prosecution objects to almost everything the defense asks and she sustains it. The first week of the trial you could hear her breathing and sighing loudly into the mic. I think someone said something to her because she isn't doing it anymore but I was annoyed and I think the whole case it comical.

The judge is so biased that she permitted Mr. Lowery to continue questioning notwithstanding the defendant's objection. Many of the defendant's questions are upheld.

Also how would her right back corner hitting the left back corner of his car damage his back window which sits higher than where she made contact? Your assumption of the window somehow the window would be damaged doesn’t even line up. There could be paint transfer, cracking, chipping who knows. But she clearly struck the other SUV. So the idea that the damage on her vehicle came from allegedly hitting John casts reasonable doubt.

It frightens me that if this same situation were to happen to me or you we would have already been in prison. Because Karen went to college and worked very hard at two jobs and saved some money she is able to hire herself an outstanding legal team. Her parents have also contributed their savings to help her from being railroaded. Sadly the rest of us would not be able to afford the same legal team and the crooked officers would have us in prison for the rest of our life. It should frighten all of you.
Yes absolutely. Most people would not be able to afford to take this to trial. That’s what these people were counting on. They never thought all this would come out. Why else would Proctor be so arrogant to text the things he did. They thought she would be so afraid of going to prison for the rest of her life that she would take a plea deal for half that time, but she showed them, she went out and hired the best attorneys in the country.

Why isn't anyone mentioning that there was snow on the sallyport floor before the car came in. Another car or Karens car was brought in earlier and moved and brought in again. The snow is definately laying on the floor and is swept off after the suv is brought in.
What is a SallyPort? I live in CA is this the same thing as a Garage here? Karen should have been able to be present to watch whomever is in her home taking evidence, correct?

If they are hoping to collect evidence from this vehicle as the snow melts off of it, (this sallyport was chosen partly because it is heated) how will they differentiate it from anything already on the floor? I also wondered what vehicle was there beforehand and how/when did the snow get on the floor?

I would bet the Albert’s let their dog out while he was being beaten up by Albert Sr and his nephew Collin. Things went way to far because they all are clearly drunks and John O’Keefe ended up un a lived in their front yard, because they had 5 big guys still there to help toss him out in the snow.
